It is good to stay in

The breakfast is good, the location is easy to find, and the environment is good. When you leave the hotel gate, go straight for more than 400 meters. There is a large local supermarket, Tunisia Mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.

離機場挺近，出行也還算方便；名字好記（很意外這個也是加分項嗎？語言不通…這個名字似乎很多人知道，包括的士司機，所以…），工作人員很友善。 附近有一些大使館，所以這一片應該是比較安全的。比較推薦～

This’s my second time I stay at this hotel. It’s nice and quiet place to stay and relax for a night or so. Very convenient if you have a flight next day. it’s 15 minutes away from the airport. I would recommend it for sure

It wasn't good, first I requested twin beds but when I get in the room I found a double bed. Moreover, the door locker was broken. Finally, the breakfast was terrible, I asked for an omelette, they said we have a crepe instead. It is kind of rotation of days one day on and the other day off!!!!!!!!!!

My initial interaction with the front desk staff left a negative impression as it was unhelpful, and I was asked to pay for a half-day rate for just a few early check-in hours. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I encountered the second staff member at the front desk, FAKRI. He was incredibly helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I strongly recommend that the hotel management prioritize customer satisfaction and flexibility in their policies. Thanks to FAKRI's outstanding customer service, I am inclined to give this hotel a five-star rating. I urge the management to place a greater emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel has some issues with the Internet connection on the third floor, where it is weak and slow. It would be beneficial for them to address this issue. Furthermore, having more than one key card for the room would be convenient if there are multiple guests in the room. On a positive note, the restaurant service and food quality are excellent, adding to the overall positive experience during my stay

No electric in my room from 8:30 morning and asked them to back electricity so I can even chargey phoem and make a/c on cause weather so hot. There is no response very bad experience. We paid in advance

The over all inot 4 star hotel its may 2 star the condition of the hotel is poor cleanless is bad we ask many times to change the bed sheets and billow the woman did it with anger there was hair and stains on the sheets the bath room is not clean the accessories arenot available you have to ask many times to bring it . The breakfast is poor in quality esp. The coffee . Over all i didnot recommend it.

Let me start with the pros of this hotel but please read the cons before getting excited and booking the hotel. Pros: 1. Excellent breakfast buffet. Compared to western hotels of same level and even much higher level this is quality delicious breakfast that is diverse with professional staffing. 2. Location which was the main reason I chose the hotel. Safe area very near the international main Tunisian Carthage airport. If u use bolt app it will cost you nothing to get to airport from there and it will be within 10-20 min even at peak hours. 3. Good free wifi Cons: 1. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional specially the girl in the reception Rabeb and she did everything infront of what looked like her supervisor older lady with lighter hair. From the check in we arrived early and we told her we are just letting you know that we are here and will wait for the designated check in time. when it was noon time I just went back to her and asked kindly if she could find us a room as we are very tired and exhasuted she then threw a huge temper tentrum on me and starting yelling no no no I will not promise any room and your room might not be ready at any time soon and do not come asking again. I told here I have booked one room at least give me one so our group can take turns at resting since it sounds like it is going to be a while for the room to be prepared she further started yelling at me again and saying I do not care I have no rooms and u will have to wait . All

Just sued one night as it is convenient to the airport. Very pleasant, lovely staff especially in the dining room.

Unfortunately, did not like it at all. Was hot and the air conditioner didn’t work. The breakfast was awful.

Good for short stay staff is very nice and helpful

Internet keeps disconnecting, when I asked for maintenance they ignored my request. There is smell in some rooms, with no opinion to change the room
