It is a modern hotel. The common areas, the restaurant, the hall are very confortable. The room was big and new. Personal very friendly.
The location is convenient, far away from the city trafic problems. I recommend it specially for work trips.

I staid in this hotel for 3 days. The room is spacious, very clean. Breakfast is quite good. Very friendly and professional staff. I especially want to mention Alexandra at the reception who helped me, showing professionalism and patience.

Very attentive staff and attractive building architecture. Excellent breakfast.
I stayed at the property when it had opened. Sp****ly furnished rooms and not very comfortable.
It definitely needs some updating, especially the carpet in corridors.

Was really disappointed with their customer service considering their good reviews. The front desk on our arrival was nice enough to arrange a round trip taxi to the Bolivar beach club, however the confusion happened on the return to the hotel and the taxi driver was not in front of the restaurant. I wasn’t able to call the taxi company since I can’t make international phone calls, I had catch a taxi at the restaurant. When I came back to the hotel the lady at the receptionist desk scolded me and asked where I was since the taxi driver was waiting. I explained to her I was outside the restaurant and didn’t see a taxi. That’s when I found out there’s multiple entrances and that the taxi driver was waiting between two entrances. I explained to her I didn’t know that and I thought he’d be outside where it said Bolivar Restaurant since that’s where I asked to go and I’ve never been, she then wanted me to still pay the taxi driver for the trouble and I refused since I had just paid 50 euros to get back. Really disappointed with how comfortable she was in disciplining me and scolding me in front of other guest.

A lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The in house restaurant was very good, great choice on the menu and quick service.
Large comfortable room with all the amenities you may need including a kettle.
A slight let down was the room was too hot even with the thermostat set right down.
