This hotel is welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and cozy with no orders. The room is well insulated and free from outside noise. The bed was firm and comfy. The tv worked. The location of the hotel is perfectly centered for shopping, restaurants and ******. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No pets allowed. Tho we did not eat breakfast they had breakfast choices like cereals, juice, coffee, apples, toast, and yogurt.. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town

I really enjoyed staying here. We were there for a family funeral and it was a rough day but enjoyed a nights rest. Really clean and staff was great. The AC was having a problem in one room but we were quickly moved to a different one so they can figure out the problem.

There was no hot water and no air in room. Scratchy old sheets. Desk clerk sprayed an aerosol in lobby just as I was coming in. We were both choking. Why did she do that? When I told management the problems they did not apologize and only said they’d have to call maintenance w.

Not handicapped friendly, e.g., shampoo was on the far end of the tub & knobs were on the other end, w/o suitable railing; no desk lamp; overhead lights were too bright; extremely limited wall plugs; keys didn’t work on 2d day; housekeeping forgot to leave coffee, cups, etc & reported that we had checked out before we actually did!

It was beautifully decorated for the holidays which made it so inviting. I enjoyed our stay and was convenient to local shopping stores.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. First time was ok. This time, not so much. The a/c didnt work very well. Set it to 65 (from 75). It would only kick in 3-4 minutes at a time and only once every 30 minutes or so. Also, our bathroom door did not close tightly. You could push on it to open it without turning the knob. Workers here are very friendly so that was a plus.
