Great service and very good breakfast ! 20-minutes walk to the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hour to the Heathrow Airport. Will do it again if go for HotSpur’s match.

Not the best experience I had. Room is clean and this might be the only positive.

Lovely location and we had an upgrade to one of the best rooms upon arrival which was as a surprise! Lovely breakfast but Could do better with cleanness of the hotel.

We booked a twin room for my elderly Mum and Dad and a double room for me. One night to attend Mum's sister's funeral next day. On arrival told only double bed for my parents. A sofa bed was in the room: no bedding. Begged for bedding. No. So I gave Dad my bedding and slept wrapped in a bed sheet on my double bed

There were flies all over te breakfast food. There was only one attendent on breakfast and when I told him there were flies all over the food he didnt seem bothered. He said its just the weather. However it was a cold day with torrential rain so I know this was not due to the weather. You have a serious pestand food standards problem. My ppartnerand I couldd not eat any of that fod so we just had a coffee paid for the full breakfast anyway and left. You should take more pride in your hotel. I have never had this experience at a Premier Inn. Your check inn attendent also didnt not tell me that parking had to be paid for or how to pay. If i didn't speak to another person staying at the hotel I would have a fine . When I asked the staff on the front desk about parking , they also didnt tell me that there was a parking discount available for people staying at the hotel. All of this parking information should be explained at check inn by a member of staff.

It's very near to Tesco, Meridian water, and Meridian Grand. Stayed in this hotel with friends to enjoy my long weekend. Staff are very friendly and polite. The food is delicious. The bar is filled with wide range of drinks. The lunch and breakfast are extraordinary.

Very good customers skills the manager absolutely help full very professional Mr Abdul always happy to help he is treating his Job very important also Mr Gazi really professional skilful happy to help to every single customer i was waiting in the line I was impressed the way they dealt with customer seriously keeping this premier Inn this two person professional definitely I will come back to this place thanks to them

This hotel is fantastic. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay extra special. They decorated our room with balloons and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as I told the team we were there to see P!NK and I wanted it to be an extra special stay for my family. It’s safe to say my family loved the surprise! The staff were very attentive, polite and professional. Drinks in the bar were fairly priced and breakfast the next morning was really nice! We sat down at 8:30am on a Sunday morning and it was quiet, it started to get busy around 9am! The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We got an Uber to the stadium as we wanted to get there early, but had no trouble walking back from the stadium using Apple Maps - it took us around half an hour which was a nice leg stretch after being stood in a crowd for hours! Couldn’t fault this hotel at all and would recommend to anyone that is going over to Spurs Stadium 😊 Thank you again to all of the team for making our weekend one to remember 💜
