off behind bar off road, the swimming pool was very cold all the residents at hotel put foot in and said non way why is it so freezing... the pillows were small buimps not comfortable then the breakfast we verly missed the didnt inform us of the time it would be running so all was cleaned up. tried to ask for milk for the cereal the still had and the lady running front desk monday morning was way to rude .. said what are you looking for . and no not serving anything.. then i mentioned on check out that pool was so cold she said sasrcasticly ...... Rude attitude to us that we have a one setting it is set for . so i replied ?????? freezinf degrees??? she snarkly was more rude back i gave up when she rude acted out saying so have a nice day . Horriaiable customer service .....fire her she was rude on phone and others in the foyer.

The thermostat for the heater picks up the cool draft coming in from the window. We had the room set at 68, by the window it was less but by the far bed it felt like 80 degrees. The heater is also very noisy even on the low setting. Breakfast was good.

A new facility with great amenities including an indoor pool. Breakfast was good and more than just a continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

The pool was small but nice. The weight room was small but had no water bottles (working). The treadmill didn’t work. The laundry room was accessible but the washing machine was out of order. The sheets had holes. The tub had chips. We booked a king and we got two queen beds.

The staff was amazing. I had booked the wrong room. I wanted 2 queens, but booked a single king. My mother was with me and has problems walking. My original room was on the top floor (no elevator), so they were kind enough to switch me to a ground floor room with 2 queens. Awesome! In the morning, they helped us with breakfast when the food items were running low.

The check-in person, Celeste, was so accomodating. I commend her for her help and patience with the six of us during our check in and stay.

Nice little hotel decent breakfast. I wish hotels would go back to individual shampoo and conditioner. It never fails the bottles are always empty. Same can be said for this hotel.

We were thankful for a room with three double beds! We were sad the pool was closed for renovations.

Every morning the cleaning people were screaming there music while it was on full blast constantly walking into our room even when we had the do not disturb sign. The creamer at breakfast was moldy and the food was horrible. Definitely will not stay again

I thought the staff was great. Very friendly and polite. The only negative thing was the pool was very cold and no jacuzzi like advertised. The breakfast was nice

The room was very clean and updated but someone before me most of been smoking because it really smelled.

The person at the counter when I checked in was awesome! She was super kind and got the job done
