It was great parking lot well lit, beds were comfy, and they kids loved the breakfast and pool

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It would of been nice if the room had bottles of water.

Rooms need to be a little cleaner! A lot of dust everywhere and on the curtains. Bugs in some of the rooms.

Breakfast is terrible. Everyday is same food. Swimming pool water is not warm. The man receptionist service is not good. His attitude is not good.

Newer hotel in a newer area. Located in a shopping area. Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants. Good breakfast buffet. Very clean. All staff I interacted with were very friendly. Nice small indoor pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Good job making our first Montreal visit (from the States here) an impressive stay. Clean, modern, well maintained middle class hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff. If i have a complaint, its the fragrance in housekeeping cleaning supplies. A bit overpowering for those of us with chemical and fragrance sensitivities. But i managed to sleep after taking a mild sleep aid, benadryl has become a requirement for hotel stays for this reason. We would and will stay here again when making our next visit (provided they dont price out at that date). (cant stand the pricing games hotels play and IHG/Holiday Inn Express is not excluded in those games).

Seemingly brand new hotel, everything was fresh and clean. Staff at all hours were very helpful. One surprise was the lineup for breakfast at 6am on Sunday, but moved along quickly. We were in 13 rooms for two nights and had a great experience.
