酒店離江邊還是有距離的，提前兩天定還趕個大早入住的最底下幾間房，設施很老，房間有異味和驚喜小蟲子，電視、燒水壺都是壞的（帶小孩出門還好車上自備了燒水壺），馬桶堵的。告訴我門口可以停車讓我等着帶去停車場，等了二十多分鐘被拍了一個違停，這個是我最無語的，但是工作人員很熱情周到是真的，就是一直煩着讓我取消網上的訂單。個人建議如果有更好的選擇建議加20-80元塊錢住較新的真正江邊民宿或者以更低的價格住城區連鎖酒店

老闆的服務超級貼心，告訴我們怎麼導航，坐車。我們帶着小孩出來，最看重的是交通方便，車直接開到門口，我們想看晚會去苗寨玩老闆推薦的景點也是最經典，最好質量的，小孩們特別高興，我們也不虛此行

到過三次鳳凰古城了，這次最滿意，雖然加了點錢升級了房間，但是很值得，景色沒的説，老闆還請客吃小吃，實在是爽，還去了老闆推薦的晚會和苗寨，苗寨挺原始的，但是個人更喜歡這個晚會，總之非常推薦，別的不説就一點老闆人很好就夠了

免費升級觀景房，沱江夜景很美

視角不錯！！6樓有點難爬，幸好我們沒有行李箱。衞生一般。有空調但是空調晚上有間斷的滴滴答答嘟嘟的雜音，一晚上睡不踏實。

房間挺大，位置不錯。但設施較老舊，燒水壺壞的，門鎖不能反鎖，衞生間的衞生差。

周邊景色真的好漂亮，無論室內還是室外，衞生都很不錯，滿意
