Great hotel with smart gadgets and new facilities. Spacious room and great river views. Good base for exploring the nearby sights.

房間在地下二層，和車庫直接相連。如果不是訂的江景房，基本就屬於沒窗的暗房間。不太符合我對窗外有遮擋這句話的理解，其實就是個假窗。兩邊房中間夾一個窄窄的內走道，上面裝有頂燈，看起來是個窗外的樣子。屋內有新風，睡覺稍微有點吵。而且晚上睡的時候，窗外的燈也沒有關，對於不喜歡睡覺有亮光的人來説，不太友好。房間內部其他設施都還行，可以用小度喚醒。客觀來説，一個位於內走道無窗的房間，不太值這個價格。有一説一，前台小姐姐服務還是不錯的。

先別的不説，脱了衣服想找衣架櫃子忘了放衣架，想撥打前台電話，電話線確實沒插，我才撿起拔插上，不平時有沒有培訓，有沒有查房機制？這兩點讓我肯定是不滿意！其實可以打4.5以上，但是這兩點讓你們掉分

房間一般，最開始預訂沒仔細看，窗户有遮擋。辦理入住的時候，前台客服很冷淡，一句話都不願意多説的那種，特別冷漠。打開房間裏面衞生真的很堪憂，馬桶🚽上不知道是什麼，特別臟，坐都不敢坐，好無語，自己也擦不掉，毛巾雖然是放在塑料袋內的，但是一打開都是發黃的，還有很多的頭髮，浴室特別容易打滑……還有坐的凳子上面全是油……應該是上一個客人在裏面吃了東西的緣故。一次性的拖鞋也沒有，還是讓孩子去前台要的，總之不是很滿意。

總體感覺很好，江景，房間大，乾淨，裝修也比較温馨豪華。淋浴，廁所感覺都不錯，小度語音控制各種設備很方便，價格不貴，總體來説住的很舒適，應該説奉節縣這個地方都是比較驚喜的，一個縣城，感覺很現代化很熱鬧，各種業務都很發達的樣子。然後接下來吐槽一下，房間一些細節衞生還是需要注意一下，我就注意到靠衞生間房樑有半截蒼蠅屍體，可能是客人打的吧，因為我也打死一個蒼蠅在落地窗玻璃上，但是我擦乾淨了，我沒有説酒店感覺不乾淨的意思啊，我覺得整體還是乾淨舒適的，偶爾有蟲子也沒辦法。。。然後窗户可以沒事擦一擦，外面有點臟，感覺是樓上滴的東西，然後這個222房間落地窗直接兩個水管掉下來擋在前面，作為一個觀景房，確實有點不應該，衹能説我運氣太好吧。。。
