It is with a heavy heart that I must write this review for the terrible hotel I had the misfortune of staying in. I must say that my experience was not unique, as many others have expressed similar opinions over the last decade. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was abysmal. It constantly disconnected and had awful speeds. It was practically impossible to get any work done or even browse the internet without frustration. The breakfast was another disturbing aspect of my stay. The eggs had an indescribable taste that left me feeling uneasy. It was basic and unappetizing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on dinner. I had planned an amazing trip to Italy, only to be disappointed by the terrible food served at this hotel. It was cheap, uninspired, boring, tasteless garbage. Who wants to eat such terrible food when visiting Italy? To make matters worse, it took me three nights to finally find almost hot water in the shower. The two previous nights, it was like warm at best. It was a struggle just to take a decent shower. And if you are traveling with a group or family, be ready to only be able to flush the toilet once every ten minutes or so as it takes that long to “recharge.” This was a major inconvenience and made my stay even more unpleasant. In conclusion, I urge anyone reading this review to avoid this hotel at all costs. The terrible Wi-Fi, disturbing breakfast, terrible dinner, lack of hot water, and slow-flushing toilets are just a few of the many reasons why you should choose another place to stay. Do not make the same mistake I did (actually, I didn’t make this mistake…EF Tours made it). And this was considered “In Rome”…not even close. One day it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive to Rome.

The lobby was fine but the room #224 was filthy dirty, hand prints all over, holes in the walls, holes in the bathtub, mystery goo on the ceiling. Our group had 12 rooms and every one of them sounded worse than the previous one. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

The property was immaculate and the room had clean Italian lines with a great bsthroom. Only negative was the bed was a brick.

Hotel ben tenuto con camere comode e moderne. Personale preparato e simpatico. Posizione veramente azzeccata, facile da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio proprio di fronte all'entrata dell'hotel. Nelle vicinanze vi è un centro commerciale con cinema per non annoiarsi! Unica pecca: wi fi un po' lento in camera

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni, devo dire che a parte problematiche legate al Wi-Fi, mi sono trovato molto bene. Camera molto ampia e pulita, personale cordiale e accogliente, colazione abbondante. Posizione eccellente per chi deve recarsi a Roma o zone limitrofe (200 MT autostrada).

Sono stato in questo hotel per un meeting aziendale. Sale riunioni spaziose ed attrezzate. Anche la camera molto bella con una particolare attenzione ai dettagli! Finita la riunione ho mangiato al ristorante. Veramente ottima la cena, ho trovato tutto ottimo!

Mi sono fermato per lavoro. Ristrutturato di recente. Ho soggiornato in una camera al quarto piano. Molto confortevole il materasso! Ho dormito benissimo! Colazione al mattino varia e con prodotti freschi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto.

Para nada recomendable por varios motivos, alguno de índole muy grave. Hemos estado en viaje de estudios con muchos alumnos. El hotel no nos ofrecía un horario de desayuno "normal" tratándose de un viaje de estudios en el que se sale temprano para visitar la ciudad, alegando que tenían otros grupos, y ¿nosotros, no éramos un grupo que contarataba a media pensión? Bolsita "picnic" y para delante. La ubicación no nos gustó, en la carretera y muy lejos de todo. Pero eso no fue lo peor: gente que no se alojaba en el hotel, chicos de unos 20 años, campando a sus anchas por el hotel a las dos y media de la madrugada, llamando a las puertas de nuestros alumnos ( menores en su mayoría) con total impunidad a sabiendas del recepcionista presente en los actos de botellón en la puerta del hotel, fumar "vaper" dentro del hotel y viendo a a estos tipos, " sus colegas", paseándose por el hotel a altas horas intentando interactuar con nuestros alumnos, llamando a las puertas; en fin, increíble. No es de recibo, ponía en peligro la seguridad de nuestro alumnado. Estuvimos dos noches sin dormir para salvaguardar la integridad de los menores que estaban a nuestro cargo. Jamás volveremos, fue como una película de terror; es imposible describir con palabras lo que sentimos los profesores al cargo durante esos días. Nunca imaginé que algo así podría pasarnos. Las explicaciones del hotel fueron insatisfactorias, intentando ocultar lo ocurrido con excusas, poco convincentes para los que lo vivimos y fuimos testigos de lo ocurrido.
