Bed bugs, expensive, crowded, and poor food quality.

Hello, I would like to share my concern about our recent stay. Our check-in time was at 4:00 PM, but when we arrived, there was a very long line and we had to wait about one hour. By the time we got to our room, it was already around 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we finally went to enjoy the water park, it was already close to closing time. This gave us very limited time to use the main attraction, which was disappointing considering the price we paid. I would appreciate it if you could review our situation and consider some form of compensation or adjustment. Thank you for your understanding.

He was a beautiful Trip 😍

My family and I loved our stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, the room very cozy, the bathroom was large, accessibility was great, there were lots of games, the water park is super family-friendly and suitable for all ages. We will definitely come back more often, and to stay longer. We only stayed one night and we are already looking forward to the next one 🥰❤️🙏🏻
