Compared with other hotels, the room size is larger and the check-in is convenient. The water park is exciting and fun, and the food options include Dunkin Donuts. I will come back next time!

Awesome food, decent service. Nice room. Definitely geared towards young children. Lots and lots of young children and our teenagers did not have much fun. Children loud in the hallways at all hours.

This place and the people it attracts are shockingly bad. It’s overcrowded, overpriced, and they don’t take security seriously. My husband and son were threatened by a big bully of a man, and the resort’s response was not enough. We will absolutely never recommend GWL to anyone.

Exceeded my expectations. Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. Every inch of the property was so clean! We will be back!!!

Stuff is very friendly We got a room with a connecting door and next door neighbours were very loud until 11PM. Walls are thin you can hear everything. AC is loud. Food is ok not great

Food service was slow and inattentive on a low volume Monday night. Contacting customer service to resolve simple billing required 20 minute wait on hold.

Very nice property conveniently located off exit from SR 2. Wolf Lodge theme with huge indoor water park attraction attached. Multiple dining options. No ATM, no fitness center. Great and fun family and kid stay - not quiet though. Rooms were nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Took the kids for their birthday weekend, and we had a blast, can’t complain. Food was great, room was clean and big for all 6 of us. We’ll be back soon.

The toilet in my room was not working properly it took a long time to fill and the mini fridge did not close cause the magnet of the door was not working i had to put a trash can in front to keep it close, and no, i did not have the fridge over stocked. The elevators took forever to come up or down.

Water Park is wonderful. Clean pool/water areas, lots of seating, food kiosks, lifeguards are EVERYWHERE! Clean, dry towels are free, whenever you need one. Staff is courteous and helpful. Our room was a bit dated, but clean. Only issue was that the picture of the specific room I wanted was different from the room we were given. The place is a bit pricey, too. Arcades are expensive for the required card, games use more points than our arcades at home. Less bang for your bucks, essentially. Dunkin'Donuts and BuildaBear are onsite, however, neither will take gift cards or let you get credit on the apps. No cash can be used(understandable), altho credit/debit is acceptable. We all had a fun time there, tho. Little kids have tons of daily/nightly activities to enjoy! Nice resort experience!

Nothing special. I recommend a two day stay to get through all activities. Only for the kids, so it got boring and we left early.
