Terrible attention. The photos are very different from what is published. Big disappoin**ent.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Ponte Vecchio ist sehr gut. Mietwagen kann gegen Aufpreis am nahegelegenen Parkhaus abgestellt werden. Zimmer sind ausreichend, lediglich der Lärmpegel von draussen sowie auf dem Flur ist störend bis spät in die Nacht. Klimaanlage funktionnierte nicht.

We spend a few nights here and it was amazing. Very clean, safe, nice location, alot of restaurants and tourist attractions near.

An older but fun building that is nearly like a maze to get to some rooms. Perfect area in Florence, right by the bridge and busy shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the music for the outside bar was blasting late at night near our rooms window until we asked to shut it off. Also would not recommend for people with disabilities as there are stairs all over the place! We enjoyed our stay though!

Front desk was helpful. The porter for the hotel was extremely efficient and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location.

The hotel has a unique position and it is an antique palace, the rooftop terrace is wonderful. Nice staff. The breakfast could be better.

The facility was pretty amazing and made us really feel like we were in Florence. We had luxury suites that faced an interior courtyard. It was quiet and you could hear birds chirping at dawn. There were espresso machine, fridge and hot water pot in the room. The bathing and toilet facilities were in the room were very nice. Our beds were large and comfy and the sofa beds made up for the kids were great. The WiFi was good, the breakfast was great and had a selection that could please anyone, even the pickiest. My kids were big fans of the automatic fresh pancake maker. I was a fan of espresso drinks to order and the spinach quiche.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. My room had an awesome view and the rooftop bar’s view was breathtaking. When I come back to Florence from Australia, I’ll definitely stay again❤️

Great people, but there were lots of trip hazards. The air conditioning couldn't keep the room as cool as I like, only going down to 20.

Great place to stay super close to Ponte Vecchio. Room was large and very comfortable. I had a little garden view ! It was great!!! I felt super safe!
