The room was comfortable, but the bathroom floor was not clean. The staff was great at the front desk and check in/out was easy

The property seemed dated, but the staff was friendly and the check-in process was hassle free.

We travelled back and returned. We received a room on the 3rd floor. Although the room was clean, there was an odour, a musty or stale smell of cigarette smoke. It bothered my eyes. The bed was fine and was firmer than the last stay. We didn’t use the pool during the stay as we arrived too late and left too early. The breakfast was fine with a waffle, raison bran and muffin. The staff were friendly.

Our stay was good. Too much waste with single use plastics and no recycling, which doesn’t seem to match the hotel’s messaging about being environmentally responsible.

Check in was slow but I would definitely stay there again, and I probably will

Nice and clean. Parking lot was a mess and you couldn’t find a spot to park. I felt as though I was inconveniencing the front staff when I asked them to find me a spot to park.

We travelled for 12 hours and we enjoyed the pool after a long day, and followed by a good sleep.

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Exterior was experiencing some construction/ repairs & looked messy. Great choices for breakfast!

Not sure why this hotel rates high. Nothing special here. Like most small town hotels it’s in need of some deep cleaning and maintenance.

Room was great. Pool is nice. Like the convenience of Boston Pizza next door.

Pet friendly, pool with a slide, and free complimentary breakfast with waffles. Perfect.

At check-in I was told I hadn’t reserved a pet friendly room. He tried to up sell me on 2 additional rooms to meet my needs. I then showed him the Orbitz email that showed I did request a pet friendly room and then a second email that had the actual response from the hotel confirming my request. He suddenly had a room that met my original request. Real convenient!!
