Very easy check-in & out. Very nice breakfast included (cereal, muffins, bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee & juices. They have a designated dog walk area and although it is not fully fenced in, it is a nice gesture. They provide poop sacks and a shaded area to sit - if only others would clean up after their own pets! Hotel is close to restaurants, the pier, & short drive to Destin. There did seem to be some homeless people and a bit of a rougher crowd in the area but we did not experience any problems during our stay.
