位於禪城著名景點祖廟和嶺南天地對街，地鐵出口，位置和便利度一流，在民宿房間裏就能聽到舞獅的鑼鼓聲，抬腳過街就能逛嶺南天地，給100分+。
房間裝修比較陳舊，特別是兩張床，睡着已經明顯感受到彈簧的形狀，衞生間也有黴痕，而且房間地不平，向外傾斜，設定衹能給20分。
房間忘記配備廁紙和一次性浴巾，經提示後送來了，但是4人間衹送了2份浴巾，服務給75分吧。
地下停車場收費一天50元，對街的露天停車場一天20元，因為是春節期間，停車位非常難找，而且祖廟附近的路口都臨時封閉了，轉了40多分鐘才進到酒店附近的停車場。這個不是酒店的錯，但影響心情，給90分吧。
總體感受中等。
