No sidewalks for pedestrians. You’re essentially walking on the roads with vehicles. Unsafe. Concierge would also call several times for timeshares and then they would charged you for local phone calls or calls that they make to your room.

Really enjoyed my weekend with the family. Trip.com made my check in easy and saved me $800. This resort was clean and I felt at home

Love the parking right in front of your unit. Ask for ground floor. Got a ground floor asked to be near the pool. We weren’t really near the pool. Love the five pools.

We really loved the property but the staff at check in were pushing timeshare tours which we did not like. They made is seem like we woold not be able to access certain areas of the pool (like the lazy river) unless we took a tour and got the passes at a discounted rate tubes at the lazy river complex. We declined and upon checking out the River Island pool complex, we discovered that few people pay for the river inner tubes and the river is torally accessible and more fun without the tubes (that you need to pay for). Overall, the front desk staff could have been more forthright with information, and told us of all of the free activities amd amenities rather than focusing on the ones we need to pay for. After we left the front desk (and declined the tour) we had the best time. The property is fantastic for families. We were in a villa and we decided to drive to the pool areas for convenienve. The resort is huge so depending on where you are located, expect to drice, walk or use the resort shuttle to get around. We would stay here again!

The units are becoming run down too many new buildings not taking care of their existing units. Internet was not even usable terrible connection in the West Village.

Great for all ages. Lots of room, we stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bath. Lots of activities for all ages, pools heated, lazy river, water slides. Free shuttle comes every 20 minutes, runs til midnight.

Didn't like the fact that they wanted to trick us for a "tour" and it is to sell you a time sharing or club-like format. The rug was very old and dirty and the room door is near to the bed. Was not expecting that and the photos do not show this. A very bad welcome experience.

Pros: The Resort was beautiful with a ton to do, the rooms was spacious, there is something for everyone. The food at the resturants was very good. There are a ton of entertainment options for all ages. The place is clean and tidy and most of the staff seemed wonderful! The free shuttle service was a life saver and quick. Brought us everywhere we needed to go. They say a 20 minute wait, most of the time it was between 5-15 minutes. Cons: Immediatley upon arrival you get the sales pitch, no matter how many times you say no thank you they continue to push hard. After a while they become aggressive and down right rude. You cant get your room key activated after checking in, until you go through there aggression and playing mind games. After a while they finally give up and will activate your room key. Then a couple days into your vacation you will get a call to your room with the same sharpness and bull. They demand answers on why your not interested, they become hostile in trying to bully you into saying yes that you will go and listen to why you need a timeshare. I become so fed up i hung up on them after saying leave us alone, do not call us again, do not ask again. The other con is everything is price gouged to the extreme! Can of pringles $9.00, Stickybun (thats typically at a gas station for $1.25) was $5.00. Our cheapest dinner for 4 with no appetizers, no drinks,no dessert came up to nearly $100 each time. NOTHING except the pools and shuttleare included with your price.

The property itself is great. The villa location they gave us was terrible. Villa 4062 has to be the worst location they hav eid you’re trying to sit outside at night or during the day. I can’t tell you the amount of animals and snakes we seen in the 6 days we were there. I would recommend you ask to stay on the golf course if you can.

We loved the amenities at this resort! The units were spacious and clean. The check-in process seemed a bit slow, especially since you didn't get your parking pass until after you listened to a sales pitch and asked to attend a presentation. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Super nice place with tons to do. Only downfall was on property shuttle takes forever and they do not offer any off property shuttle service.

We thought everything was great, the weather was a bit cool to get much use of the pools but that isn’t anyone’s fault. Great place!
