Very friendly and helpful staff. So comfortable rooms with good interiors. The buffet restaurant with delicious and rich foods. It's very indeed wise choice

took the public bus from Foz airport to within 300 yards of hotel which is off the beaten track in an exceptionally hilly town so selecting the stop at the top of the hill is pretty important! friendly welcome at reception on arrival, efficient check in with all important info explained carefully. large comfy clean room with fridge and efficient A/C. breakfast included was pretty good with toaster to make cheese & ham toastie. nice pool with plenty of bed chairs (although only 59F so not used). buffet dinner with a la carte choices ok but unexciting. recommended Ten minutes walk (uphill) to public bus for Argentina or Paraguay (stops OUTSIDE bus Terminal) or falls (stop inside)

We booked this hotel on the back of the reviews on TripAdvisor. This is not a 4 star hotel at best it is a 3 star. The staff were ok, friendly and helpful. The hotel/rooms are very dated but I guess you get what you pay for, the hotel was generally cheap. The breakfast was average but my kids were happy with it. The upside for the hotel is that they are affiliated with a tour company which is very good and reasonable priced.

Stayed there for 3 days and have to say for a tourist hotel it wasn’t bad. The room was large and clean. Beds weren’t the softest but ok for a few nights. Large bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was not bad and there was a large selection. There’s also an outdoor pool but didn’t use it because it rained. I would recommend this hotel if traveling on a budget.

Nice room, very comfortable, and spacious powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet. Staff were a little unhelpful at times, and the Wi-Fi was really bad!

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. Wifi and breakfast were excellent.

Initially, it was very disappointing as the standard room accommodation quality advertised level was very much different than expect. Room dated, water not draining while having shower, TV not working properly and bad internet connection. Than, after complaining, staff organised an upgraded to "deluxe "room; which was far better than standard. The difference between standard and deluxe is massive. Very disappointed as per 4 stars rate (regardless price ) standard room should be much better. It spoiled the holiday a bit, as was too stressful to resolve. Also, games room wasn't available too. Although, nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff; which made all difference to our stay. I would say that staff saved hotel from having a completely bad review.

O hotel é muito bom,o café da manhã maravilhoso com opções para varios gostos,frutas.E o jantar incluso na meia pensão com uma comida caseira,bem temperada mas a equipe de atendimento maravilhosa!Quartos amplos,chuveiro com.muita pressão e quente.

Excelente hotel muy bonito el desayuno super abundante la atención fue muy apropiada, esta en el centro de la ciudad tiene pileta y restaurante, sino a 2 cuadras esta la avenida con muchísimas opciones gastronómica de todo tipo lo que recomiendo es ir temprano xq a las 11 ya empieza a cerrar todo

Ótimo lugar, fui muito bem atendido minha família adorou, atenderam todas as minhas solicitações. As refeições e o café da manhã é maravilhoso. Sem dúvida voltaria para lá novamente e recomendo fortemente este hotel. E foz é imperdível. Nota máxima.

Um bom hotel,porem alguns funcionários são extremamente maravilhosos. Entre pela recepção e encontrara Sebastião,Eunice Rafael va ao restaurante e tera Marcelo,Rodrigo,Junior,Fabio,Walter,Celsa,esses fazem a diferença do hotel,podem ter certeza disso.

Instalações velhas e mal conservadas, banheiro com aspecto ruim.
