Absolutely appalling! Do not stay here! They lied and said they had a 24 hour shuttle and refused to pick us up at 7pm and left us stuck getting taxis for $34 dollars each way to and from the airport! Thank god it was only a 1 night stay. Room was filthy with hairs (not ours everywhere!). Men loitering in lobby made us (female travellers) feel intimidated.

After graduating from UF, I stayed here with my girlfriend on the last night after leaving the United States. It was very warm, there was a shuttle bus from the hotel, the room was quite big, the transportation was convenient, and it was clean and tidy. I hope to come to the United States again one day in the future and return to this parting Chicago and stay in this hotel for one night. I Love You Jing.I Love Chicago!
