下午3點定好房間，預計10.30過去住，晚上10點給我打電話説我定的房沒有了，讓我退訂單。沒見過這麼差的服務。一點信譽問題都沒有。大晚上10點下着雨讓我出去再找酒店嗎！！！最後攜程客服協調處理了。給的房間收拾都沒收拾乾淨，就換了床單被套，到處扔的都是結婚用過氣球。裝飾品。馬桶上有尿液。淋浴噴嘴壞了衹能拿在手裡沖澡。有蚊子也沒有個電蚊香。開空調也不製冷。櫃枱服務員真是離譜。帶着情緒上班，幹不了別幹。一件小事讓我在那能等20分鐘。

毛巾很舊，洗漱的牙刷牙膏洗髮水沐浴露很小瓶用品都是很差的那種，我選擇203的房間，按照縣城這個標準應該是比較好的，但是想想很美好現實很殘酷！不推薦這個酒店。

酒店的位置很好，吃飯，超市都挺方便的，就是酒店衞生很差，拖地倒一杯水這就是拖地！要是金滙酒店把衞生搞好了，選擇金滙酒店的人比這還多，酒店也需要回頭客，我們已經住過好幾次了，就是因為吃飯買東西方便，這次住了五天還是因為衞生很差換了別的酒店！

一進酒店大門，門口坐一個老頭。我不知道貴酒店用那個擺設有何意義？電梯門口的擦鞋機是個擺設，沒法用！酒店電話也是擺設，沒法用！衞生勉強説得過去！
