Orange Cabin Inn Far from Station Reviews

Get off at Kawaguchiko Station on Mt. Fuji, and walk five kilometers to the hotel. The lights along the way are dim, and there are no people on the road. In the house, there are upper and lower beds, and the lower bunk sleeps on the floor. There is no water heater, no bathroom, and no sink in the house. In addition to the bed, the water in the house is just a small stool, which is very simple. I spent 640 RMB when I booked the room. Friends who travel, live carefully, live carefully!

Wonderful stay. Great value. A short walk to Lake Kawaguchi which offers beautiful views of Mt Fuji.

The hotel is confortable, with the cost-effective price. With a simple dinner, you can enjoy the Mt. Fuji with the stars all night. In the morning you can see the biright Fuji with sunlight as well, so touching. Just 15 minutes from the bus station, but it's worhty. I will back one day.

The receptionist was kind and nice. There was also a smoking area which was helpful. However, since it's a shared house, it's not an issue with the facilities, but there was some hair in the bathing area, which bothered me a lot.

It was warm even though it was wooden and there was no heating. I felt comfortable in the new building. I think it can't be helped, but I bumped my head on the bunk bed several times. I wonder if anyone will get hurt because there is a fence tree? There was a no eating and drinking in room sign on the door which I later noticed.

It was good because it was close to the Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum and the delicious hoto Momiji-tei.

It's basically a lodge for young people, but I was able to have a pleasant stay because of the attention to detail, such as cotton swabs in the washroom, paper in the kitchen, and a wine opener.

The room was well-cleaned and the view of Mt. Fuji from outside was good.

Disappointing service

After looking at the photos and facility usage when making the reservation, I actually arrived and found that the location was perfect and the room was more than enough for two people. The inside of the log house has two floors, and both are fully equipped with air conditioning, hot carpets, and baths, so I was satisfied. However, there was probably a slight mistake at the reception desk, and it took a long time, and I was told to leave the key in the mailbox when I checked out early, but the mailbox itself was locked, so I couldn't get in. A place.

The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel was wonderful. Also, the owner kindly explained to me and I was able to stay comfortably!

On the day I arrived, they helped me book a taxi for the next day on the spot. I received an email saying that I would appreciate it if you could let me know your estimated arrival time, so I called the day before. I didn't get a good reaction, and I thought I shouldn't have bothered to do it.

It was well equipped and had a comfortable stay.
