I Feel Right at Home. The Staff is Great. The Residents are Respectful. And the Hotel is Clean and Smells Beautiful.

Don’t know why the reviews are so good. Weirdly there were lady bugs all over the room. The bathroom floor was insanely sticky. We put a towel down to keep our feet from sticking and the towel was black when we picked it up. The shower didn’t work properly so the tub faucet and shower head run at the same time. Bed was uncomfortable. Found some dead baby roaches. Dead ones- but roaches nonetheless. However, we paid $65 or so. We didn’t expect much.

It smelled like urine in the hall going to my room. Room was totally basic. Fridge was dirty.

I booked for a non-smoking room but the room assigned to me had a very heavy cigarette smell. I asked for a different room but I was told that they are fully booked. The receptionist said that I can go somewherr else. It was past 8 pm , raining , windy, and tired of driving for several hours, so I said that I'll stay. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed with these accommodations. The facility was dirty and unkept (broken furniture, rusty appliances.) Outside key entry doors were ajar. Found live roaches in the room and left within 10 minutes. Surprised Orbitz offers this accommodation as an option.

It would be nice to know this is not a hotel many seedy people are living here full time ( no credit check) smells bad, accommodations very poor, ask for King, no king, never again will we use your services to get accommodations

Professional staff, well managed, friendly house keepers. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. Check in/out is painless. Ample parking. Mini kitchen is nice feature. Beds super comfy. No stains etc. Vending and laundry on premises

Basic amenities not even offered such as coffee maker, bath soap nor shampoo. Poor accommodations, cleanliness is not good.

Roaches crawling on the walls, busted window, holes in walls, stained carpet. The list is never ending. Dont waste your money!
