Hotel seemed great. Our toilet is working properly and having issues with that. But our room is great and looks clean.

Staff pretty nice, noises thru the night, fairly clean. Not mych within walking distance in the way of shopping and eating. Was goid for the one night before cruising

I find it inconvenient to have to pay for parking space. There was no security and the lot was not covered.

Getting charged $15/night for parking was a surprise - and not a good one. Parking was not even covered. Breakfast was pretty lame, too. Room was clean and comfortable if a little awkward in design. There were some suspicious looking stains on the couch.

First thing is I wasn't aware there was a $15 parking fee for surface parking. Okay no problem CSR advises me I need my license plate number okay no problem but it's starting to rain. I get the license plate number go back inside it's pouring by this time. Now he says you have to go put this slip in your car. I'm like are you serious is pouring down raining out there. Go put the slip in the windshield because I don't want any problems I'm drenched by this time and freezing cold. I sign more documents than I have ever signed before to stay one night at any hotel foreign or domestic. After all the The room had a strong chemical smell. While pulling the blankets back I found a dirty fingernail just sitting there which lead me to believe the bedding had not been changed. The phone wasn't working in the room so I had to go downstairs to request some change the sheets. I was informed there was no one on duty to assist with the matter

Always a friendly, safe place to stay on the island. The rooms are large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and well maintained, but we didn’t find out about the 15 dollar charge for parking until we checked in.

Stayed here before the cruise. One thing we didn't like is when we first got there, it looked like our door had been tried (pried open) to be broke into. That made us a little nervous at the beginning. After settling in and talking to staff and people that were there, we totally forgot about it. That would be my only negative. Staff was great! Breakfast really done well! Room was everything and more. Very clean! Maybe location for some people might be a problem, but for us it really wasn't. If you're not walking it really doesn't make a difference. If you are than there are some great places to walk to. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!! Loved this place! 5 stars all the way! Also, quiet and never felt unsafe, well at least after the mark on the door! Lol! Anyone reading this don't hesitate to book this place! In my opinion it will not disappoint! It sure didn't us!

Arrived around 9pm and was met with a lukewarm reception. We were not welcomed as Hilton Honors members until he gave us our room key. We were not given directions to the elevator or our room. The floor that our room was on smelled like someone was cooking fish all day!! Our room was well-worn, actually pretty beaten up and not the cleanest. Breakfast was typical, except for the spoiled milk!!! Again, most of the staff was not helpful and seemed fairly apathetic. Not a good experience.

I would have loved to have given this hotel a great review, but we didn’t even get to stay and spend the night. Firstly, upon arriving (albeit early before check in) we waited 10-15 minutes at the front desk before one of the 2 people there even acknowledged us. Instead of being greeted, we were bluntly asked “are you trying to check in? Because there won’t be rooms ready until later.” Understandable, as many staff couldn’t make it in due to inclement weather. But we were made to feel like an inconvenience for even being there. Sadly that’s not where the problems ended. We were finally able to check in around 3pm, and almost immediately upon arriving inside of our room, we noticed that the water was not working. After speaking with the desk, we found out the entire hotel was without water!! First we were told it would be back in an hour. Then five more minutes. So we decided to go grab dinner around 6pm, assuming the water would be back by the time we returned. Upon returning at 8pm, we found out that the water still hadn’t been fixed!! That’s at least 5 hours with no working water or facilities. Now I understand that things happen outside of anyone’s control, but it is unacceptable that the hotel was not informing people of the situation or trying to make any accommodations for the inconvenience. You can’t keep a hotel open with no running water. I felt sorry for the poor front desk employee that was left alone to deal with unhappy guests while the manager left.

Check in was at 4pm but they were able to accommodate us earlier and were super sweet about it. The room is super clean and they have all types of supplies within, like stove, cups, plates, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. Has been a great stay so far and its only been day 1.

Check in was horrible but that was because of a third party site I paid through. After a half hour (at 12:30am) of the staff getting the run around from said site, he told me to go ahead and go to my room and get sleep and come down in the morning to figure it out. I did and he called my room at 7:30am to say they had figured it out and I didn’t have to worry about it. He could have made me wait until it was figured out or refuse my stay, but he went above and beyond. The rest of my stay was uneventful, peaceful and wonderful. This hotel is about 2 minutes from my daughters apartment and I will definitely use it the next time I visit her!
