The location is good, that's the only positive thing. The room was musty, the air conditioning was leaking and the carpet in front of it was wet. The bathroom was extremely slippery due to the humidity. The highlight was that it started dripping from the ceiling at night. I've never had such a bad room. I can't rate the breakfast because there was nothing there. Too many guests, too little space and unfriendly staff.

The gentleman at check in was not the nicest of people. For some reason he couldn’t talk louder than a whisper, couldn’t hear him over the young lady checking in other customers and she was super friendly. Also for the price for one night, I am sorry if I think the shower should work well, with hot water and good water pressure. Plus site I booked through states free parking, but when you check in there’s a paper sign stating parking is now $10 a night!! We have stayed here before, but this will be the last!!

Price is great for the location and staff was good. Lady who checked me in at night was very sweet! Morning person could’ve been nicer but was cordial nonetheless. The outside does need some work, has like a part of the wall that seems to be under construction? The room was good but the restroom had stains on the bath tub and their on the floor . Over all for the price it’s okay! Parking is $10

Our 2nd time to stay here and we highly recommend it. Very friendly front desk, super easy check in. Very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice linens.

They never put the heat on at all you might as well have been outside. The room needed to be sweeped and vacuumed very poor housecleaning!

First - they charge for parking which is not on their website or on the ******* site.
They do not verbally inform you of this information.
I asked for a late checkout and was told it was fine but it would be a $40 charge after 1pm
No problem.
This info was not out on my account and I was locked out of my room. Upon visiting the front desk I was told the late checkout was incorrect.
Then you need to talk to your employee, not me. She was rude about that and continued to argue with me until she finally fixed my key so I could grab our belongings and get out of there.
Their communication lacks transparency and consistency.
Other than that it was a nice room and good breakfast.

This hotel was in a great location, however, I didn't think much of the hotel itself. It looked like they were in the middle of a renovation from what used to be the Four Points Sheraton (that branding was still in our room.) I'm sure it was for ease of cleaning but putting in tile floors instead of carpet made the hallways extremely loud and the aches from conversations at the front of the hotel could be heard at the back.
2 other complaints were the cleanliness of the sheets in our room and the included breakfast.
There was what appeared to be a small cigarette hole on our comforter and on the bottom sheet a dried blood stain. There was also a dried blood stain on the dust ruffle. The sheets had been washed by why would you reuse sheets like that.
The breakfast was not hard to find, however, the person who checked us in never told us when it was or where it was. We found out the time when we were heading out a few hours later and happened to hear her checking in another guest. Also, 1/2 hour after it opened, there were many items missing or very limited. no egg or meat choices at all.

So the phone in the room did not work. I had to call with my cell phone. I called 3 times before I reached someone. The TV would not work. They came and looked at it and was going to come back. After 15 minutes I called downstairs again and was told there was nothing they could do. They were not going to notify me. The tub in the bathroom is chipped. When I first saw it I thought it was bugs. Not impressed overall.
