가지안테프 중심부 바로 옆 언덕에 호텔이 자리하고 있어서 교통도 편리하고 시내주변의 전망이 최고입니다💕

酒店離機場25公里，在一個小坡上，靠近市中心，但周圍沒啥人氣，靠徒步還比較吃力，租車過去比較方便，酒店門口可以停車

We were not impressed by the hotel at all. Due to a mistake on our part, we booked rooms for a week later. No effort was made at the desk to help us change the reservation. Although we checked into the hotel as guests with a newly rented room, our request for a possible refund was also denied. Unfortunately, most of the staff could not speak English either. At some points there weren‘t even someone in shift who could speak english with us. In general, we felt very unwelcome by the staff. There were repeated failures with the wifi and television. The Hotel is far away from the inner districts of the city. The pool was also not open seasonally at over 25 degrees, although ******* indicated it as a hotel with a pool. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Used dirty dishes from room service were sometimes left on the corridor floor for several hours. Generally not even close to a 5 star experience and not recommended.

Property is excellent., but internet is absolutely not!!
We asked the reception more than two times , to fix it , they mentioned both times it is fixed ! But yet we have no connection in our room! I wish there was a photo to upload a screenshot
