I don’t really understand how this hotel is rated fabulous as there’s nothing fabulous about the hotel itself. The building and furniture inside are old and out of date, the rooms have no charm, the service is not good. Some examples are: they only gave us shampoo and soap the first day, the consecutive days we asked for a refill and they said that it was complimentary only on arrival, they didn’t empty the bin in the bathroom (it was full) and had to take it down myself, they don’t provide baby cot, the cafe they have is only open for about 3 hours a day split in morning and evening. They provide no kettle or small coffee machine in the room. In addition, the owners seem like they’re doing you a favour for allowing you to stay there. I’ve travelled a lot in my life and I’ve received better treatment and service in hostels so I’m not sure why it even has 3 stars.
The only good thing about it is the location. I wouldn’t go back.

Very well located hotel. A stone's throw from the heart of the city. Easy access to the city's various car parks. Heartwarming welcome. The manager, like his son and the staff, take great care of the travelers. Nothing to report in terms of service (we stayed in half board).

Warm, family-run hotel. The welcome is very pleasant and attentive. We spent a romantic weekend there, ideal location in the center next to the thermal baths, rental store and ski lifts. Hearty breakfast with fresh products. I highly recommend

Very friendly welcome by a family of owners who know the region perfectly. Well-equipped hotel. Simple, very clean rooms. Elevator. Varied breakfast. Simple meals in the evening Small, quiet and flowery garden Free parking quite close.

Clean and comfortable hotel, ideal for not having to worry. And as a bonus the (excellent) hiking advice from the boss! suggestion: when booking, I would have been happy to have advice on reserving a restaurant or a meal at the hotel. In fact at this time of year the restaurants are not open and it is impossible to have dinner if you have not made a reservation. It will be for next time :)
