Clean room with all the right, not very big but that's enough. 100 RM deposit on arrival.

The hotel is clean, easy to move around, large rooms suitable for families.

It should be a hotel run by Chinese people. Everyone I see at the front desk is Chinese. The hotel is relatively new. The air-conditioning in the room is blowing on the big bed. It's cool enough, but it's a bit too much! The furniture in the room is a bit strange. The drawers inside are all fake, only the panels! , quite funny!

I don’t even want to say it. There are no windows in the environment, and the air conditioner blows directly. I stayed in Malay for 5 days. This is the only hotel that accepts a deposit. There is no service. Don’t stay here. The sound insulation is not good. It is like a **** house. Same, and the air conditioner cannot adjust the sweep air!

The room is a bit small but well-equipped, but the windows cannot be opened for ventilation, and there is no stool or chair...

The hotel facilities are very good and the cleaning is timely. The front desk can speak Chinese.

The smell is the same as everyone commented, it is really strong. But it will be much better after turning on the air conditioner. There are food stalls and durian stalls 200 meters to the left, which is very good. When cleaning the room, you have to put a sign on the door handle, otherwise it will not be cleaned, and the water will naturally not be replenished. However, the front desk told me about this cleaning sign at the beginning, but I forgot to put it up myself. It's just a place to sleep, so don't expect too much. It can pass.

The service from the hotel was great. I was offered an early check-in, since my room type was available. Although there was no window in the room, the lighting was bright and adequate. The room is perfect for my usage as a solo traveller. Great aircon, space for luggage and hanging clothes. I liked that the bathroom has handwash, shower and hair dispensers. There is a food street and some restaurants nearby the hotel to explore within a few minutes. So far, Grab cars have no issues in locating the hotel for all my bookings. The only downside I experienced was the noise whenever someone opened or closed the door. I kept the TV on while sleeping, so that I would not be startled by the slamming of doors.

The hotel facilities are very new. Hotels run by Chinese have Chinese service at the front desk, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The best way to travel to Penang is to rent a motorcycle and ride it. It is very convenient. The weather is too hot and walking is too tiring. You can go anywhere on a motorcycle. Convenient, but pay attention to sun protection. The owner of the durian stall right at the intersection of the hotel is nice. There is no fresh Musang King on the market in April. Good location, new room, clean, but there is some noise from other rooms, probably because of the thin walls. Other than that it's very good.
