The hotel is right on the sea, good repair. Excellent service at breakfast and dinner. Everything is fine, except that many rooms face the road and it is impossible to sleep. Therefore, you need to overpay better and take with a sea view. Otherwise I recommend

Stayed here with my father as we had to travel for unfortunate circumstances. Hotel is ideally located close to shops, restaurant and bars and is on the beach. Breakfast is of a good standard and staff are friendly and helpful. We had a standard sea view room. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is with the bath room door. It was frosted glass and wouldn’t have been too bad if I was travelling with my husband but was not appropriate when travelling with my dad as there was no privacy. We resorted to hanging a sheet over the glass. I would however happily stay there again but would request a room with more bath room privacy in advance.

Very nice hotel. Prices are reasonable. All personnel is helpful and polite. My room had a balcony. Beach is a minute walk from the hotel. There is also 2 swimming pools - 1 for children, 1 for grown ups, I never tried them, but other customers seemed to enjoy them. Bus stop for number 30 bus (and others) is like 2 min walk - will take you all over the city - MyMall, Lidl, city center, etc. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plus two mini-markets in very close proximity, that are working 24 h. Over all - very good impression, highly recommend.

Good The staff are friendly ,great location to beach and only a short bus ride to Mariana that cost 1 euro 50 cents .Free air condition and a free safe. Rooms are large with comfy bed. Bad Towels get changed after 3 days ,but if one is on the floor they take it and do not replace it . Balcony was dirty along with sun beds and the shower tray was also dirty. Room gets the bin emptied every 3 days along with bed made but that was it for cleaning. I would book a sea view room as you could be next to a very busy dual carriageway with motor bikes zooming all night if not. Ugly Large group booking of around 40 mixed sexed dance group from Italy booked in .The behaviour of the Italians was disgraceful boom boxes ,rowdy, laid on sun beds imitating sex with family’s with children about. Taking over the pool area with no regards for anyone else. sitting on the steps to the pool smoking and not allowing you to pass. All this in view of the hotel staff and nothing said . If you want a peaceful holiday as large group bookings are allowed you might not get one. I would rate the hotel as 2 star .

On arrival we were told our rooms weren't ready and we had to wait till 430pm. Not the greatest of start. No help offered to carry suitcase up 2 decent flights of stairs. Room was satisfactory, spacious but needed a good clean as the shower tray was pretty black, gave it a wipe and the tiles were actually white. Sadly had to move room due to the horrendous smell coming from the shower drain! The pool area, old wooden loungers with scabby looking tops for the, umbrellas that were pretty antiquated and struggle to get up. Beach loungers forget it that's not the case. The food was repetitive and luke warm to say the least. Choice was ok. Cleaning of tables what a joke. If you didn't use your paper table mat it was reused as was the cutlery, tables not wiped down after use. Ice-cream if you wanted it you had to get at the bar and they didn't serve till 4pm! Drinks were poor in quality even for local standard as weve had in other hotels in cyprus. Staff only one or 2 could be bothered with you, the rest, well say no more. The pool was invaded by young foreign teenagers who were rude, displaying sexual behaviour in front of families with children and none of the staff stopped it. They even took over the kids pool! We are all out to enjoy ourselves, but some behaviours are not on. All in all was a poor show for even a 3 star hotel, will never be back here. That's difficult for us to say as we are pretty laid back and don't normally write negative reviews.

The hotel staff very helpful and efficient: Emma at the reception is amazing: she remembers your room number (even when the hotel is full), provides or finds who can provide help with any request you may have, always smiling, friendly and efficient. Takis at the bar was born to work with people - serving one, listening to the other, smiling at a third guest, remembering an order from the fourth, all simultaneously. Giving information about anything you may need or want to do in Limassol (from which bus to take, how much the ticket is, to where the best places for night out in the town are, even booking them for you and organising a cab to take you there if you need it). Staff at the restaurant friendly, working tirelessly and and always trying to find you a table where they have spotted you would like to sit. The owner always present, attentive and willing to go an extra mile to satisfy a guest. The room we had was having a wonderful view through the trees, was spacious, beds, comfortable. The aircon working properly, balcony with racks for towels and swimming suits to dry, two chairs and a table to enjoy drinks, coffee and view. The swimming pool of decent size and clean, a small pool for young children too. Sunbeds and umbrellas all around - enough of them even when the hotel is fully occupied. The beach right in front of the hotel doesn't belong to the hotel, so there are no hotel sunbeds or umbrellas, but the public beach (Dassoudi) - one the best beaches in Limassol is about 100 metres away with sunbeds and umbrellas that one pays for at 2.5 euro each per day + plus a nice beach restaurant where one can sit in a swimming suit, have drinks, meal and ice cream or order a take away to enjoy it on the beach (the staff even brings it to you). One can take the towels from the hotel (10 euro deposit that is returned upon bringing back the towels needs to be paid, and one can exchange the used towels for the new ones any time) to the public beach as well as use them at the hotel pool. Definitely would gladly go back to this hotel!!!!! Great value for money! Good location - 30 metres from a local bus stop, with several restaurants next door, several mini-markets working 24/7.

was here in the end of Aug of 2023: the staff was moderately polite - not more (maybe so that the guests do not become arrogant and do not feel themselves in a good hotel in any case ))) - of course there are several very friendly and gentle workers from whom you feel that he/she really wants to help, but unfortunately this is not true for all workers there... initially we payed for two rooms next to each others as we have 3 small kids, but in place they told me that your intermediate company mixed something and you have two different rooms with most of possible far distance from each others ))) I'm not complaining for this to the hotel staff - finally we discovered that it was really my tour agent's fault - but no one in the hotel tried to understand our situation and tried to solve it in favor of the client... - they even had a available room next to my kids room, but they asked additional money for it - I didn’t pay for what I already paid (again I have to mention that it was our tur agent fault) out of principle, but the attitude of the hotel was already clear for me a few other moments you need to take into account: 1) they don't have their own beach - umbrellas, sun-beds... in front of hotel there is only a public beach without anything (all in gobies from cigarettes and I didn't notice that besides me someone was collecting rubbish there - almost everyone throws gobies and no one cares), and entrance to the water with stones (very inconvenient to get in and out from the see). The nearest some kind of paid beaches (you have to pay separately each day for umbrellas, sun-beds) far from hotel about 500m - so don't believe their advertisement pictures with blue umbrellas )) 2) designer and/or architecture of some of the rooms maybe have been in a hurry as to go inside to the shower area you have to be an acrobat ))) - he/she left only 20-30 cm between the washbasin and shower glass 3) in a hotel there is nothing interesting to do - I've noticed there a table football, billiard, small gym... - but they are in ground area where you feel such a terrible smell (I don't know why, maybe they have laundry or something else near - I'm not sure). Because of that smell that it's impossible to stand there even a minute and just try something... 4) cockroaches - they are everywhere - if you your kids... afraid, hate, don't like this insects (I can't imagine how people can love them, but who knows))) you definitely will not feel good in this place... every time I had to insist that they at least spray something which may protect my kids 1-2 days - and this spraying was done only after my insistent, like a favor to me, as according to them it's a Cyprus where weather is moist and hot and cockroaches are everywhere, but I'm not sure - I have been at least in a several moist and hot places )) and I never met cockroaches there - maybe because they were spraying the area every day - I don't know 5) prices in the bar also was some kind of random - the same 2 c

Lovely little hotel. Initially I was concerned as we have never stayed in a three star hotel before. I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel and would defo stay again. The hotel room looked new. We were a family of four so it was rather compact with the extra bed in but it worked for us. Air con was a life saver in the room. The shower was spacious and worked perfectly. Plenty of pressure and temp could be adjusted to our preference. There was a tv but nothing in English- which is usually the case 🤣. There was a dressing table area with a mirror. We were ground floor, and luckily close to the pool, beach, bar and hotel entrance. Other reviews mentioned the noise, it is onto a busy main road but this did not affect our stay. The pool was quiet and we always managed to get a sun bed- no early morning dash was needed. Very quiet and chilled atmosphere. There is a small bar area that opens onto the pool. We had a couple of drinks from here and reasonably priced. We didn’t eat other than for breakfast, but did see burgers as toasties coming out and they had homemade chips which looked nice. We were bed and breakfast basis- everything we had was fine. There wasn’t a massive choice and it was the same everyday. But we were happy to have toast and jam and a cuppa on a morning. There is direct access to the beach and to the left a short walk to a beach bar that serves food, drinks and ice creams day and night- basic but nice and Im fussy. There is a little park here for younger children. You can hire beach beds for 2.5 euros a bed and additional 2.5 for a sun umbrella. There is also activities such as jet skis, banana boat etc that can be booked. There is also a really nice beach bar/ restaurant that you can get to from the beach or from the hotel. We had no idea it was there until the last couple of nights and we went for a drink - suck a shame as was a really nice atmosphere but I’m not sure how people would know it’s there. We looked at the menu and it wasn’t for our children but I’m sure It would be perfect for a couple wanting a romantic meal. Outside the front of hotel to the left (outside Pizza Hut) you can take the bus up to the Marina for 1.5 euros for an adult and 0. 75 for children. It takes less than 10 minutes. Here is lots of restaurants, bars, take always, ice cream parlour and even a McDonalds. It’s also a nice walk along. The bus runs every 15 minutes. Have cash ready and be quick to get on and off as they don’t wait. To the right of the hotel was Georgian restaurant (can’t remember the name) and we ate here which was lovely and great portions. Only negative issue is there is a lot of cats in Cyprus which my daughter wasn’t to keen on, but as we know this is not uncommon when I’m holiday. We also attended the Limassol water park which was a great day out.
