사진과 시설이 전혀 다르고 저는 지방에서 올라가서 몰랐는데 주변에 조선족분들이 많이 거주하고 상가가 빈곳이 많아 관광객들이 머무를만한 곳은 아닙니다.
모텔이고 청결도가 매우 떨어집니다. 흡연건물이다보니 건물복도에서부터 담배냄새가 나고 객실까지 새어들어와 아이가 계속 기침을 하더군요. 화장실에서 벌레와 모기가 들어오는 듯해 문을 닫아놨더니 악취는 말도 못하게 나고요.
퀸베드에 싱글베드 추가해 결제한지 40분만에 잘못 결제해서 져송하지만 취소해달라고 거듭요청했지만 안된다고 해서 3박 4일을 머무를 생각에 눈앞이 깜깜했어요.
아이둘과 하룻밤 자고 객실 업그레이드 해주신다길래 친절하시구나 했는데.. 베개를 정리하려보니 머리카락이 시트에 여러가닥있고, 베개커버엔 립스틱 자국에다 시트엔 핏자국이 군데군데.. 베개는 쉰내랑 오염정도가 심해 바닥에 내려두고 자야했습니다.
에프킬라가 왜 비치돼있나 했더니 벽에 모기와 날벌레가 세상에나~~ 죽어있는것도 많고 그냥 붙어있는것도 많고.. 어떻게 하룻밤을 잤는지 ㅜㅜ
다음날 환불불가란 말에 2박요금 포기하고 다른 호텔 2박 결제했습니다. 정말 화가나서 트립닷컴에 사진을 보냈더니 제일 저렴한 평일날짜로 하루치를 환불해주더군요. 그렇게라도 해주셔서 감사하네요.

스위트 룸을 이용하였습니다. 우선 TV의 프로그램 PC의 준비 커피포트등이 다 준비되어있었습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔했으나, 화장실 변기의 물내림(소)버튼이 고장나 있던것은 안타깝습니다. 그외에 공기청정기등의 준비는 좋았는데, 콘센트가 여유가 없는 탓인지, 룸 내에서 쓰는 가전기기가 전부다 콘센트에 꽂혀있어서 우리가 쓸수있는 여분의 콘센트는 1개밖에 없는게 아쉬웠습니다
