Was there two weeks, only got house keeping one time, wish they would have changed out bed linens and towels, could have used a restock of Kleenex and toilet tissue as well.

Location great for Spring Training in Peoria! Not a fancy hotel. Staff was friendly, place was very clean. We didn't get to try the pool. It seemed a bit expensive for the amenities but I assumed it was the timing (Spring Training). Nice hot water and sleek bathrooms.

Thought the hotel waa going to be way worse then it was based on the reviews that I did not read until AFTER I booked but it was none of those bad things. Room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfy. The worked fine. The coffee is absolutely terrible though both in the room and in the free coffee area. Makes for a very crappy morning. Also front desk person is expressionless and cold but did her job.

Nice area, almost everything is around. But the beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. Plus the Tv wasn't working. No channels were available.

The lobby was as the pictures showed, but the rooms were a bit misleading. The shower was one of the worst yet. Water pressure being nothing but a trickle. Tv volume and channels would randomly cut out. No breakfast. But there are places near by.

Decent recently upgraded motel. Looks like an old America's Best. Bed was comfortable but it was a sheet metal frame that was a little noisy. TV was not good. Kept freezing and buffering. Other than that it was a great stay in a nice area.

This property should be branded as a motel rather hotel. The public has access to the hallways so strangers can just be knocking on your door. In our case someone thru a glass or bottle and left pieces of glasses by the front door. The front desk told me she will make a note for someone to clean it up in the morning. Apparently, no cleaning staff at night. Our room was not attended to until we asked for. You are SOL if you need housekeeping after hours. Toiletries and shower stuff were not refilled for 4 days. Cable TV was not working for the whole duration. If safety and security are your criteria, this is not the place for you. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The bed felt like an air mattress. Very uncomfortable. Paper thin walls. People constantly slamming doors & yelling at all hours of the night over the course of multiple nights.

Was unable to print my airline ticket due to not having guest office area. Had a spacious clean room. By the mall. Felt safe.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. They don’t even make up my room. I left early and I came back so late so I don’t call the front desk. I told the staff when I checked out she replied “oh really, sorry about that”.

I have stayed here 3 times, and it is excellent for what it is. An older property completely upgraded a year ago. It is clea, quiet and safe, literally outside the parking lot of a huge mall with every store and restaurant you could think of within a mile. No fancy frills, but well priced for what it is!

Honestly was not impressed at all. We showed up and the room we were given didn’t even lock. There were clumps of hair left in the bed sheets and a big yellow stain on the comforter and the tv remote had a broken sensor and wouldn’t work half the time we tried to use it.

Great location for access to everything I needed, but very noisy traffic right outside.

Found a small roach near the end of our stay wasn’t too much of a hassle but may need to address the cleanliness Thanks for the accommodation
