WoodSpring Suites Naples

Our was stay at the hotel was not the best. Had I known it was an extended stay, I wouldn't have booked this at all. The first room had hair in the bed and the sofa was scratched up. Also the blanket was a bit dingy. The second room was a downgrade but still hair in the bed and a dingy blanket. Coming from Virginia, I really could've just slept in my SUV. I'm sure there will be a generic email about how you'll do better but that's not helping me one bit. Thanks but I won't ever stay at any WoodSpring Suites again in life. Nice staff..horrible hotel

The customer service is great but the property is not clean. I found blonde hair on my towel. There are stains on my blankets. There are cockroaches in my room. I killed 4 of them. This is not good for business. Very disappointed

I stayed only one night. But I do not recommend this hotel even for just one night. The staff is friendly, when you arrive at the hotel it does smell good but already very smelly, and I think it is more to kill the musty smell. When you enter the room and the hallway you already smell the musty smell. In the room the air did not get cold. I also killed 4 cockroaches and I couldn't sleep because I had the impression that they were going to walk on my face 😭 Then at around 1:30am the hotel phone rings and it is very strange that some one call at the time when I get up no reply. minutes later some one knocked on the door, what a terrible scare and fear, since so many things are happening. My husband opened the door and it was a person who works at the hotel. to see if the room was occupied😡 how do they knock and call at that time to see if it is the room is vacant or not .That was disrespectful, and then I couldn't sleep again, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel . terrible I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

I didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t clean on time I like the place it’s quiet and comfortable
