恰逢今年湖南湖北凍雨天氣入住這家酒店，天氣相當寒冷。然而，大廳沒有空調，房間的窗户也大開着灌進來一屋子冷風。關好門窗打開空調，但空調衹能把温度升到17度就再上不去了，一晚上穿着毛衣棉背心秋褲睡的。我年邁的父母住在另外一間屋，更是一晚上被凍得夠嗆，差點兒就要生病。第二天早上退房退按金，被扣三元錢，説是因為喝了屋裡一瓶水。沒有早餐提供，周邊也沒有吃飯的地方。
