История о некомпетентности персонала Single Hotel. Я, забронировав за месяц до приезда номера, спокойно приехала в отель в назначенный день (12 июня). Парень у стойки на входе сказал да, видим вашу бронь, подходите к 14:00 на заселение. Мы ушли обедать, и тут звонок с отеля. Тот же парень, что в глаза озвучил наличие моей брони говорит о том, что произошла ошибка и их администратор внесла в программу бронь на 13 число. Представляете? И тут я понимаю что эту ночь в чужом городе мне спать негде. И это после подтверждения отеля моей брони. Я попросила номер владельца отеля, чтобы у него узнать аак так могло выйти. Конечно же он (вроде бы Антон) никак не отреагировал, не поднял трубку и не ответил на сообщение в месенджере. Бронь мне пришлось отменить самостоятельно, дабы с меня деньги еще не списали за номера которых нет. Вот такая вот история халатного отношения персонала Single hotel!
