Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too. If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious. The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

Perfect stay! Truly superlative structure located in the center of Granada just behind the cathedral, with ancient excavations visible right inside the hotel; the cleanliness of the rooms is extreme in every corner (and I am particularly demanding in this regard).... Welcoming and helpful staff... I would change the price of the hotel's private garage only slightly (perhaps instead of 22 euros I would change it to 18 x differentials from the adjacent parking lots)... Anyway, I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back!

The location is very good, near the cathedral, it is convenient to go anywhere. Good email communication with guests before check-in. Warm reminders of the precautions for staying, especially the detailed itinerary to the hotel and the recommendations of the car park, and offer discounts for staying guests. The rooms are large in size and facilities are average. Health conditions are OK, but there is room for improvement.

First of all, it was so nice to have a Korean employee. It was nice to have luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out, and the location was right next to the cathedral, so it was easy to get around. The inside was also clean and there was no inconvenience!

This hotel was really amazing! The room was so clean and beautiful, the bathroom was pretty and updated, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated right near so many great tapas places and within walking distance to Plaza Nueva, where many walking tours leave from, as well as the taxicab stand. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're taking a trip to Granada.

Our stay in Inglaterra was unexpectedly pleasant!The hotel is established in an old building so well kept and beautiful! Very clean,extremely friendly with all of the people who works there being so polite and willing!Surprisly,everybody spoke English! We stayed for two nights for our first visit to Granada. The location is just a short walk in any direction from various points of interest. Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra. Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station. Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel. Overall an excellent value and the location allowed us to make the most of our time in this very enjoyable town.

You could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!

The hotel staff was helpful and the location is fantastic. But there was an strange smell in the room, corridors and elevator (Could be the pipes). Also the hotel doesn’t provide disposable slippers, water bottles or tooth paste.

Good location, convenient to eat around, have Chinese food, walk to Agong more than 20 minutes, but climbing is very tired, although the hotel is Samsung, but the decoration style is very modern, five floors have five colors of style, we are the second floor, blue The color tone is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the breakfast tastes good and the coffee is especially difficult to drink. This is rarely the case in Europe.
