The room is basically satisfactory. The facilities are a bit old. The room is also small. The hygiene is OK. The bed is very soft. There are not many kinds of breakfast. There is only one kind of fruit: apple. The waffles taste good. Overall satisfied.

The kindness and professionalism from the staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable, clean and very spacious.When and if I return to Grand Forks, ND I would return to this hotel. I enjoyed the sense of safety and the convenience of the location.

Very much what you would expect for the money, well worth no frills. Continental breakfast was continental breakfast. Pool open later than most hotels.

This is an older hotel that is in decent condition. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only 3 pillows but I’m sure we could have requested more. Nice big king bed. Fantastic location. Excellent value for money.

Check in was a bit overwhelming. Lobby was packed full and extremely loud.
A lot of children were running loudly through the hallways well past midnight making it difficult for our small kids to sleep.
After waking up in the morning we noticed questionable staining in two of the rooms we booked. One on a wall, the other on the side of a bed.
All that said, staff were friendly and were trying their best to quiet down the hotel. There must have been some kind of sporting event going on which was no fault of their own.
