The stuff is superbe! The people from the front desk are super professional even when you are stressed they think about a way to solve problems with going the extra mile! Thank you so much for such service! So reader please be nice to them! The breakfast and the beds/rooms/toilet/foyer are very clean - that’s really a big plus and beds are truely comfy. The modern Retro looking supercool Toilet even has a bidet and the soap is not one of those cheap soaps it smells wonderful and is not slimy! Check out the Italian espresso! It’s good and also the mini cupcakes, fresh different fruits, the fresh yoghurt (no drying spots yesss) and the salami is remarkable. Foyer and check in with modern desks for working travelers or young and old kids who want to charge their gadgets… Wifi: no Problems Good rest :)

I love this place for its location near a huge forest great for running and cycling - even on a freezing winter morning! It was a good price, well organised, friendly staff and very clean. It is away from most things near an industrial estate but I chose it for the proximity to the forest and all the trails there :) It was also a simple walk to a small town with pizza and some basics. I didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive and was too busy running ;)

Sono stato in questo hotel anche se per la prima volta è credo che ci tornerò al più presto, parcheggio enorme e gratuito, personale molto cortese, pulizia buona, camera comodissima e soprattutto ben climatizzata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio a tutti

siamo da oltre 10 anni assidui frequentatori di questo hotel , purtroppo ci consta affermare che negli ultimi 5 anni ha avuto una decadenza verticale che presto lo assimilera' piu' ad un 3 stelle che al 4 attuale . Facciamo preghiera' al signor De Lorenzo che ne e' responsabile , affinche' inizi una efficace ristrutturazione e imposti una necessaria manutenzione giornaliera di tutta la struttura oramai obsoleta ! Le stanze sono sporche e malandate , dalle finestre al secondo piano si vedono cumuli di mozziconi e sporcizia varia , le parti comuni , ristorante e ascensore compreso necessitano di rinfrescata generale . Sui materassi si sprofonda per l'usura e quando ti alzi se piu' stanco di prima ! Il mobilio delle stanze va' ritoccato e manuntenuto accettabile . La colazione e' appena sufficiente ma non da 4 stelle come lo era qualche anno addietro . Il servizio del ristorante e' confuso , si portano le pietanze sbagliando i tavoli e facendo attendere maggiormente i destinatari...salverei lo chef sempre al top . Ci auguriamo di tornare la prox volta con uno scenario piu' vivibile e rimaniamo a disposizione per suggerimenti e proposte !

Vorrei sottolineare come primo aspetto che il profumo all'interno di un hotel dovrebbe essere calibrato in quanto ci sono persone allergiche a cui la profumazioni così forte può dare problemi. Ok profumo di pulito, ma un erogatore è esagerato. Dopo il check in ho seguito le indicazioni per raggiungere la camera che era nella struttura esterna e dopo 10 minuti che vagavo ( perché le indicazioni erano vecchie e non chiare a detta dell'hotel ) sono rientrata e mi sono fatta accompagnare dal ragazzo della reception che mi ha confessato che lui non sapeva nemmeno dove cercare la mia camera perché non era mai uscito dalla struttura e non sapeva dove fosse la mia camera. Ho poi cambiato subito camera perché con moquette. Nel momento dell'ordine non era indicata la pavimentazione e ho dovuto aggiungere 10 euro per cambiare camera . Ho trovato poca professionalità e in un hotel a 4 stelle credo non sia ammissibile.

I would say this was an ok hotel. The hotel itself was alright in terms of rooms, staff, cleanliness etc. Wasn't aware there was a motel next door so that was a surprise when we first arrived. It was smack bang in the middle of Lake Como and Milan which was decent Two things I would say is REALLY important and it was not advertised or mentioned by the booking company we booked with or in any reviews I had read: 1) as it's in the middle of a motorway, public transport is pretty much non existent. Closet station was a 22 mintue walk from the hotel which was ridiculous. We spent faaaaaaaaar to much money on cabs in order to move anywhere outside the hotel. Which leads into the next point... 2) getting an Uber or calling a cab was as hard as finding a needle in a haystack. A constant battle on where we were going to get out next cab out of the hotel to get anywhere every morning because it was that hard to get taxi's. When asked at the reception they mentioned because the hotel is in Lomazzo there isn't a taxi rank or company based here so cabs will need to be called out from either Milan or Lake Como in order to collect anyone at the hotel. Which is very silly. The hotel did have thier own driver however having 1 or 2 drives for the whole hotel was very silly because he wasn't always available (who can be surprised) A separate side note is on the breakfast 'buffet' it wasn't amazing. Very basic considering its a 4* hotel, I've had better choices in Travelodge. I hear that Italians aren't big on breakfast but some options would be appreciated! Would I stay here again? Defo not! But if you're going to hire a car then it's not a bad shout to stay here as you have your own transport to get to places plus parking I believe is free at the hotel.

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. Good hostel, near a supermarket and convenient location with the railway station. A bit overshadowed that my room was on the first floor with a window to the courtyard, it was pretty noisy even with earplugs ... And a rather modest breakfast compared to hostels for the same price. But the friendliness of the staff and convenient location sweetened these inconveniences.

Measuring all that matters to me, I was so very pleased with Hotel Corso Bruno. The staff are welcoming, warm, helpful. The breakfast (coffee and fresh cakes in particular) are delicious. The views from my room and access to the lake is breathtaking yet cannot be captured in a photo (sadly). The room is clean and modest allowing me to enter and not feel over stimulated. I saved that for the churches and views and local architecture. When I return to this part of the world, and I will, I shall return to Hotel Corso Bruno.
