Front desk folks very personable and kind. Sharon in housekeeping very sweet and accommodating. Waffle maker broken so breakfast was meh

We always stay at this hotel when in Morgantown. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is getting old compared to when we started staying here. Its time to upgrade the rooms to compare with other Fairfields

We had appointments at the hospital, we were allowed to check in early considering my husband was worn out from his treatments. The staff was excellent with us. The check in was quick and easy as well as the check out was.

Like: Convenient, easy parking, seems safe.
Not Like: I booked it for US$110.88 (CND$ 148.17) but after checking in I saw on my online bank account a charge of $140.00

The hotel was completely booked for our 1 night stay and the area and hotel was completely quiet, comfortable and safe. All the lights in the parking lot were operable which is a comforting thing when I travel with my teenage daughter overnight.

My reservations was changed to the Hilton Garden due to the Fairfield Inn being over booked. Everything worked out.

Room wasn’t clean. There was old food on the floor, and the sync drain had build up looks like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The room and staff were nice, I was just disappointed in the cleanliness of the room we got.
