Traveling from Rochester, NY to Branson, MO this was an excellent overnight stop. Easy access from Hwy 70 with less off road traffic than a larger town yet having all needed amenities. The staff was excellent and I would stay here again

The room was clean but quite dated. The door didn't seal well so it was a little loud being next to the interstate. With the low price, you can't expect much but it's a place to sleep and shower.

The room was dated BUT extremely clean. You can tell how well they look after everything. The staff was very kind and it is located in a very cute town.
I will absolutely be staying there again.

It was quiet. They let us have a fire in a little grill outside, it was relaxing. The Pub and laundry mat across the street was great.

This is an older property which the outside of bldg. reflects. The rooms are nicely painted, redone, and very clean. The front desk was awesome with check-in and out plus other request.

Bed was comfortable but lamps were in poor shape. Breakfast offerings were a joke. I guess we got what we paid for.

Not a posh motel, but well above my expectations for the price. Located right of the interstate in what looks to be a sleepy safe rural town. Quiet. Some fixtures worn or dated, but all functional. Very clean throughout. Very comfortable bed. Shower/bath dated, but clean and worked great. Polite and helpful staff.

It was a place to lay our heads. The springs made noise when we laid down and there was a lump in the middle of the bed. I was ok with the room until I climbed out of the shower and saw a roach on the floor. I probably won't be going back although the price was pretty good.
