Poor internet, poor interior, and the same breakfast every day. Very poor

A very distinctive hotel with many statues and paintings, like an exhibition center, breakfast is relatively simple

I wouldnt stay there again. Receptionists were very professional and helpful, but housekeeping took a week before cleaning the room completely. I had a dish in the sink for about 8 days before anyone washed it. The bed had dust as if someone had played in the playground. Floors dirty, bathroom wasnt cleaned for over a week and i wasnt aware there was a gym near me, only finding out 3 days before i was set to leave, thats on me for not asking. I cant fault the housekeeping team because i saw new people most of the time. So either lack of training or management didn't do their job. One day before leaving, i asked for the heat to be turned on because it was cold, i was told to either pay a deposit to borrow a heater or get more covers. Cold is, as they said "out of their control". Wouldn't go back for free. I gave them 3 stars because most of the interaction with hotel staff was very nice and professional.

The concept of hotel-gallery is ver unique! Wonderful pieces of art throughout the hotel and even in the rooms. Personnel gave us an excellent service throughout. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommend this property!

Towels and cleanliness needs work. Beds are a bit hard. Other than that, it’s a nice place for bigger groups. Private bathroom in each room in the suites is a high selling point.

The room was a good size , but the bathroom it was not berry clean and the floors ,but it was quiet for the most part

on our 2nd morning there the ceiling sprung 3 leaks and we were moved to another suite, very nice. they were all very cordial

Cons, mattresses need to be upgraded and also sheeting, swimmpool is dirty, recepcionist phone and wifi not very good at night, it will be our last choice next trip to Guadalajara, Pros, area is excellent for dinning and shopping, also very safe side of town with underground garage.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. It's quirky, so the layout is a little odd - very European, but the bellhops know well how to navigate so not an issue. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was good - very filling and though not many options, what they served was good. Worth the money. Would recommend adding it on if you are on the fence. They were a bit short on wait staff for breakfast, but if you aren't in a rush, not a huge issue. The pool closes at 6:00pm, so a bit early in my opinion, but it's because it's located in an open air common area with hotel rooms around it. We weren't able to use it because it closed early and we had morning appointments, but I'm not sure it's heated either. Others we saw in the pool in the morning looked cold. The parking is underground. A little tight getting in and out with a big vehicle, but quite a few parking spaces. Overall, good value for the price!

What's unique about this property on the art decor, the intricate interior spaces, service and attention s bargain for the price. And I might add the nice and confortable bed - it's not a new building but we'll taken cared off. Won't disappoint and I definitely recommend to stay here. Easy walk to good restaurants.

Everything was good but during my stay the bed mattress was uncomfortable bumpy, bathroom faucet, it was hard to shower I love warm showers and cold water wasn’t enough But the cleanness was excellent Fabiola give me a good take care of my room

The property is located in a nice avenue, however it does need mayor renovation / remodeling inside their suites,as well as cleaning/washing the bed linen and better ventilation. Windows open but no screens to keep bugs out. Noise reduction would also help.

The bed was hard and the pillow weroo not great. The towels were horrible.

This property is centrally located on a main boulevard where there are plenty options for shopping and eating nearby.
