房間空間寬敞，早餐尚可，牛肉米粉加分，停車便利，但酒店周邊沒有什麼便利的餐飲或超市之類的，我們到的很晚幸好有一家中餐館子開着。
温泉處的工作人員服務不錯，親切友好，温馨提示客人拿毛巾等，温泉體驗很舒服，是硫磺味的温泉，泳衣會泡黃😂
我們帶了兩個孩子，因為春節期間供需緊張，房間衹能供應兩件浴袍，一雙涼拖鞋，加被子也很難。
綜上，性價比較高。

超級滿意，性價比很高！首先兩張1.5米的大床對於帶兩娃外出的我們很適合，其次還能帶娃泡泡温泉玩玩水，是旅途中難得的放鬆和休息！當然房間衞生也很nice，酒店就在高速旁，這是我們外出遊玩的必經之路，以後自駕路過還會再來！

每年我都會和愛人來這個酒店一到兩次，還是很喜歡這個酒店的環境的。但這次來，我發現有點小問題，首先，温泉部七點鐘沒有人值班，我倆衹穿了個浴袍，等了10分鐘，沒見到人，衹好到餐廳找服務員，答覆是值班人員去吃飯了，正説著，值班員回來了。給我們説不需要換衣服，直接拿浴巾就可以進去泡，但是我倆覺得温泉水有色，會沾染浴袍，在我們堅持下，給了兩個更衣櫃，在泡温泉的時候，我發現很多客人真的就是穿着白色的浴袍，拿個浴巾就進來了，看來沒給更衣櫃的不是衹有我們。我覺得這個規定其實是對的，如果白色的浴袍都染了色，以後就沒有乾淨的浴袍換了，必須和温泉浴巾分開。但是為什麼現在不要求了，是規定放鬆還是服務退化，都是退步的表現。第二個問題，我住4019房間，每隔幾分鐘就會出現很大的放氣的聲音，好像是中央空調，嚴重影響休息，希望工程部解決。我在這裏提到的問題，不是故意找哪位員工的麻煩，而是覺得員工要吃飯可以找個代班的，不要把客人凍到發抖，有更衣櫃還是要給更衣櫃，保證安全和衞生。空調晚上那麼大聲音，樓層服務員要及時反映維修，這些衹要用心都能做到，以前都很好，為什麼會退步？希望不要處罰任何一個人，大家把問題解決好，希望下次再來，還是我喜歡的這個酒店。🫰🏻
