In the room on the first day we checked in, the air conditioner could not keep the temperature constant. Either the air supply was too hot, or the cooling was turned on and the room temperature was directly blown to 18 degrees, which was so cold that I caught a cold. During the day, I informed the lady at the front desk that there was a problem with the air conditioning in this room, but the problem was still not solved at night, and no one informed me of the follow-up progress. Please understand how it feels to have to get up and adjust the temperature multiple times a night in a room worth 300 yuan. The complimentary room upgrade on the second day had an extra window compared to the original room type, but the space smelled of smoke. I immediately decided not to change rooms.
