Yuexiu Hotel Guangzhou, Curio Collection by Hilton

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

DE LA REINE BAR & SPA HOTEL GUANGZHOU

Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square
The environment of the hotel is not very good. Not to mention the lobby is small and messy. There is also a musty smell. The mats in the elevator have not been changed for a long time and look old and dirty. The bathroom tub in the river view room and the floor-to-ceiling glass in the room were very dirty. It really affects my mood. The 700 yuan spent on accommodation during the Chinese New Year is a bit worth it.

Very satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It was very clean and hygienic. I upgraded to a room with a river view for free. The view is wide. There are many delicious food around. It is also very close to the subway station. You can walk to the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and only a few steps to the river. Minutes, very convenient for walking at night. The service from the girl at the front desk is also very good.

Advantages: The surrounding environment of the hotel is safe, and the police station is a few steps downstairs; about 20 minutes walk to Beijing Road, close to the Agricultural Lecture Institute. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station, and easy to find. The sanitation is quite satisfactory, and the bathroom door is dusty. Disadvantages: The room I live in is super close to the elevator, the sound is not good, every time someone goes up and down the elevator, there is a sound. Service: The front desk lady is very good, when I arrived in the morning, my room type was still full and I could not stay. I stored my luggage at the front desk for an afternoon. In general, this room is acceptable at this price, at least the location is better, and the air conditioning is free.

It is super close to the subway entrance and it is very convenient to go to Beijing Road. As soon as you walk 50 meters out of the hotel's community, you will walk to a food street, a lot of food. The room is relatively large, the boss is very good to upgrade for free, the room is clean and the facilities are complete. Stay here next time.
