Located near to Baiyun airport with free shuttle bus service on schedule, need to travel using cab for more food choices.

Convenient airport transfer, good for layover, Clean, they send you off to airport with snacks as well, thoughtful gesture.

4star price - 5stars standard. Very comfortable and friendly for foreigners, nearby KFC and small local eatery by walking distance. Room spacious and comfy, separated shower, and toilet bowl, and washing basin. Free supper for guests 9pm-00am, very considerate for those guest arrived late after long flight or long travel. Free cloth washing and drying facility and gym room. Will definitely stay here again for early flight. Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast starts 6am, but if you want to catch early flight earlier than 6pm, they will prepare take away breakfast for you.

Very convenient and near to airport. Didnt expect that hotel do provide later supper for those arriving at night at the hotel. Hi-tech with robots delivery, voice-assisted device for turning on the aircon, TV, curtains and room delivery service. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.

Clean room, free shuttle bus to and from airport, having a bowl of noodles included was a nice thing after late arrival.
Entryway to room through bathroom area is a questionable design, but for overnight layover doesn’t really matter.
Blowdryer in the room was already broken.

Great thanks to the reception gentlemen to borrow the contact lens solution. Good area for free bus shuttle to airport. V puntual. The family room is super cute, the AC is not too cold rm 8838. Overall everything is perfect 9/10. Will sure visit and recommend to all. Keep up your good service and cleanliness too

Perfect location with shuttle bus ready (be ready to prep at least 30 minutes in-advance), room and new, clean, and quite. Plenty of bottled water provided, you may request more for free, very kind and generous service staffs.

My colleague and I booked our rooms separately. We wanted to be on the same floor. The standard rooms we booked do not have available ones on the same floor. The hotel did a free upgrade to deluxe rooms so that we can be on the same floor. The service was great and the hotel is very very clean!

The hotel is nearby airport, for flights transfer is a good choice. They provide airport services 24 hours but you need to contact hotel for early arrangement. Everything can be contacted through WeChat with hotel. I like the smart services by 小度.
They also have robot to send food delivery to your doorstep.
Hotel room is clean and the staff also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near the airport. There is a transfer
Breakfast is suitable for everyone.
Disliked: bad English receptionist. It’s a shame for the international network that the front desk uses a translator and doesn’t speak fluently
Strange transfer registration system. Why sign up somewhere in advance if the bus runs on schedule?
Why communication is based on WeChat? Use the same normal messenger as telegram or Whatsapp
