Thank God, people speak English at the reception, they also charge 300 RMB as deposit. Rooms are spacious, but not all of them are nice, you need to really check and ask to get what you need. Unfortunately they were not able to give me early chicken so I had to wait for 5 hours to do that. And then they gave me the wrong room,not the one I booked and also, it smelled like cigarettes on that floor, also there were a bunch of people being loud so I went back to the front desk and asked them to change the room for the one I actually booked so they gave me a low floor number 7 but the room turned out to be nicer and very quiet, bed was very comfy, and I had a good stay there. Also, there is washing machine so you can do laundry there. And the rooms have good sound insulation which is very important for me

The pillows were really horrible.
The hotel offered cheap material pillows that were much too high and super uncomfortable.
I did not get much sleep during my stay.
At the front desk 10 people are working at the same time.
But instead of looking after the guest , the are all checking their cell phones.
