The bed in the room was asymmetrical in height from the ceiling and often collided with each other. The bathroom facilities were very poor and the daily necessities were very uneven. The floor in the room felt very dirty. In short, I felt very uncomfortable.

This apartment is 200 yuan more expensive than an apartment of another brand on the same floor. The internal room types are the same, but the layout and services are not as good as the other one. First of all, the most dissatisfied thing is the hot water problem. We checked in on New Year's Day. Four of us checked in. It was already past four or five in the morning when we returned after the New Year. During the first three rounds of bathing, the water temperature in the hotel was not very hot, but I could wash my hands normally. When the fourth person took a shower, the water temperature in the front was still warm, but after washing the shower gel, the water suddenly turned cold. The quilt on the bed was also very thin, and he immediately caught a cold and fever the next day. 😷😷 Also, our order showed that it was for four people, but there were only toiletries for two people in the room. Since it was already four or five in the morning when we came back, we didn't bother the front desk to deliver toothbrushes. The next day, we got up after one o'clock and contacted the front desk. I hung up on the WeChat call and the message was not returned. When I called the room service, no one answered. I called again later and no one answered. The waiter said that he would contact the guest room aunt, but after waiting for 20 minutes, he still got no reply. After calling again, the front desk told me that the aunt had not gone to work that early and could not brush my toothbrush. Note: He said it cannot be sent! ! ! 😅😅😅 Just when I was on the verge of getting angry, the waiter informed me on WeChat that Auntie had placed a spare toothbrush behind the full-length mirror at the door (you have to open the full-length mirror to see it. This spare toothbrush was not provided by the front desk. Don’t know if there is one). 😅😅😅There was no apology in the whole process. The room is not worth the price. As mentioned before, there are many apartments of different brands in the same building. The structure of the houses is the same. Another brand of the same room sells for 400/night, but this one sells for more than 600/night. The layout of the house is also not very reasonable. The bedside table on the second floor of the duplex often bumps into my hands when I get up. If you really can’t book a room, I don’t recommend booking here🙃

The 10th floor is the top floor and it is very stuffy. The two-part air conditioner (or the condenser or evaporator is dirty) does not provide enough cooling. It takes at least 4 hours after check-in to cool down to the comfortable temperature (24). If you cover yourself with a quilt, you'll get hot, but if you don't cover it, you'll get cold, and you won't be able to sleep peacefully all night. The pillows and quilt were very dusty.

We are just speechless. It was a huge shock. There were clothes moths on the bed. The shower broke during washing and the toilet was clogged. I will not come back again.

The hotel is very cost-effective, and the check-in effect is very satisfactory. It is highly recommended!
