Difficult to find. Name not shown outside the building. Walk through hallway right next to the No 16 sign (not 18), turn right when exiting on other side of building, and enter the building through the well-lit lobby with security. Take elevator to 3rd floor, reception is in unit 313.
My studio apartment was on the 5th floor. Good size, clean, good bed, good shower, good AC, fridge, water cooker, washing machine (didn’t use), daily service.
You can only connect to WiFi with a Chinese phone number, but they’ll come up and do it for you if you ask. WiFi is so-so though, has some hiccups; mobile internet often worked better.

The reception is on the third floor (go through the archway to the courtyard and take the elevator through the guard). The room itself is on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the river. There is an air conditioner that works for heating in the cold season, the room was warm. There is a kitchen, a refrigerator but no dishes (only two cups and a kettle). TOYO's contact phone does not support WhatsApp or LINE messenger.

The young guy at the front desk is friendly and helpful. We requested a late check out and he agreed. The room is clean and near the metro station.

The location is very good, by the Jiangwan Bridge on the Pearl River, with very convenient transportation and dining. The facilities in the room are complete, and the washing machine actually has a drying function! The housekeeping was also very clean.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes away from Tuandai Plaza. The place is cleaned and daily necessities are filled every day. Great value for money. It's very convenient to go to Beijing Road. It's just 1 station away on the subway. The room size is the same as shown on the purchase website, and it's not exaggerated. I will choose this hotel many times again.
