In & Out Hotel

Close to the airport and feels safe. Still a bit strange location and not feeling so safe to walk there in the middle of the night. Room and building is very basic and old. Breakfast was nice. Too expensive 👎

This is a very friendly simple clean small hotel within minutes of the airport. The staff is very helpful.the included breakfast was also appreciated.

I like the back area. The garden is really nice and it feel peaceful. I didn’t like that I didn’t get a list a bottle water or offer it at any time. Over all the place is nice and quiet and I love that

We arrived to GC late and didn’t feel comfortable travelling all the way to Antigua in the dark. We chose this hotel because of its excellent location. The hotel provided a transfer service from the airport to the hotel for $15 USD. A man had our name on a piece of paper and we quickly were escorted to the vehicle. It was maybe a 3 minute drive and we arrived at the hotel. As two young female travellers we were a bit nervous but we had no reason to be as all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. As a VIP member we were offered a cold drink upon arrival. Our room was clean and bright and just what we needed after a long day of travel from Canada. The next morning we enjoyed our included breakfast in a bright and colourful dining room. Although the kitchen staff didn’t speak English we were able to get by on our limited Spanish. The breakfast menu had a small but excellent selection to choose from. There were extras that you could purchase as well. The front desk staff allowed us to stay in the garden area after checkout while we waited for our shuttle to Antigua. Unfortunately our shuttle was 40 minutes late, however the staff were incredibly helpful and contacted the company for us to find out more information. Thank you so much William!!!! Gracias!!! As well, an excellent price point for us and value for money. Would definitely stay again. Ps I do believe you can walk or uber to the hotel from the airport.

This hotel is small. The hotel is clean. It has hot water . The breakfast is very good. The price is great. The only downside I seen is that there is no air conditioner. Although, the fans we were given were more than enough

Room 205 has a water pump turning on and off every 7 sec or so all night. It made for a choppy night of sleep. I have stayed here several times a year since 2018, and plan to do so for the foreseeable future. Just not in room 205.

Excellent location for any early flights out. Very friendly staff and clean facilities.

I felt like I was being tortured every minute I was staying here! Luckily for me it was only a brief stay while we waited for our early flight but it was a complete nightmare and regretted every second. The noise was unbearable not only from the industrial neighborhood but GUNSHOTS all night long. To top it off there were either employees or other guests in the dining area which is only separated by a door to our room talking and laughing until midnight!!! We had to wake up at 3:15 to get ready to go to the airport and needless to say I did not sleep even for 1 minute. Terrible and dangerous neighborhood. We had an amazing vacation that ended very poorly due to making the terrible choice of staying here. Where do these good reviews come from???

Pretty garden on the property. Nice breakfast included, coffee was very good. Very close to the airport. Cost of transport to hotel is too high; uber is better.
