息烽温泉一直都聽説挺好的，週末就帶了老媽來泡温泉。定了温泉裏面的酒店，酒店環境還是挺好的，我特地要求完了一間安靜的房間，但是晚上十一到十二點之間吧，房間外還有小孩子在吵鬧。然後在酒店住泡温泉是免費的，而且無次數限制還是可以。但是在第二天泡温泉的時候，我老媽在汗蒸的時候被釘子給釘了，還銹的很，温泉部的人員馬上就用碘伏消毒了，雖然高温，但是釘子釘了也不問問要不要打破傷風針？還有就是平常都不去查看嗎？裏面暗的很。看都看不見。傷口就處理就行了？還是我自己去要求了才打的破傷風。也感謝酒店裡的人員，立馬就安排好讓我們去打針。服務和管理還是可以的，後續出問題的處理也還是不錯。就是設施之類的希望温泉那邊加強一下管理吧。

住酒店可以免費無限次泡温泉。温泉離住的地方大概走5分鐘，也可以開車過去。温泉水每天都要更換。泡着很舒服

衞生較差，自駕散客不建議去。

青山秀水中的温泉和温泉酒店，不虛此行。酒店房乾淨衞生，温泉池多，選擇餘地大，早餐供應豐富，停車方便，服務態度好，餐廳提供中餐、晚餐供應服務，有貴州特色菜烏江豆腐魚、酸菜豆米等，味道很好。

總體感覺還不錯

房間設備維護的非常差，然後大半夜的電視背景燈關不了，然後來調整之後空調開不了，然後不停的響那個電閘的警報聲，然後大半夜又來調整調整三四次吧，最後勉強把房間門關了睡覺，然後前台那邊也沒有什麼措施吧，就衹有光那邊道歉
