Guiyang Lavande Hotel

Because I was going to Guizhou Medical University, I chose Lavande Hotel nearby; The balcony on the 15th floor has good lighting and a separate parking lot, but the entry and exit of vehicles is slightly blocked and it is not very convenient to move luggage. The electronic facilities in the hotel are not as large as those in the Tongren store and are a bit inconvenient to use.

When traveling to Guiyang, choose the nearby Lavande Hotel. There is a night market downstairs with food stalls and the like, so it doesn't affect your sleep much at night. Some bad feelings during this stay: 1. The hair dryer has poor contact (it barely works), the clothes drying rack is broken, and the glass of the window is seriously scratched (although closing the curtains does not affect the experience), I hope to strengthen maintenance; 2. There are few types of breakfast on Saturday, and the quality seems to be very average. It is not at the same level as the breakfast quality of Lavande Hotel in other places; 3. I hope to prepare one or two disposable toilet covers in the room in the future. They are available in many hotels and cost a few cents each (I brought my own this time). When I extended my stay the next day, the paper towels were not replenished. I hope that in the future Remember to stock up on these essentials.

I usually don't comment but I have to comment. First of all, the parking location: the road in and out of the garage is relatively narrow. There is a night market downstairs at night, so it is inconvenient to go there late. In fact, the hotel environment: it is an apartment building (or office building) that has been completely converted into a hotel. Opposite my room is another The sound insulation effect of the hotel... is hard to describe. Anyway, our room was vibrating even when the door next door was closed; again, the internal facilities: the toilet did not have a disposable seat cover, the handheld showerhead had a problem with water discharge, all on one side and one stream, towels (although I don’t use it) but it’s really rough and hard; I haven’t eaten breakfast so I can’t comment. The result was very disappointing, mainly as follows: 1. The service at Guiyang Huaxi store is poor! I called the front desk to ask for a pair of slippers and waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I had to call again to urge them to deliver them. The most annoying thing was that we checked out the next day and went downstairs to wait for the elevator. It was difficult to wait in the hotel elevator, but when we finally got down, we were occupied by a waiter pushing a linen cart, and then we were asked to continue waiting for other elevators... Aren’t you supposed to put the customer first? And when we check out early in the morning, we must have to catch a car or a flight. Does your waiter think about the customers? 2. The hotel claims to have a self-service laundry service, but it requires a fee. Washing and drying are charged separately! I use it for free in Leshan store and other hotels! 3. For the same room type, the Leshan store comes with free breakfast, but the Guiyang store does not! And the Guiyang store is the only store on my trip that collected a housing deposit! ! Feeling bad! 4. The garbage at the door of the guest room is not cleared in time, and the entire corridor is full of garbage.

It can be said that the cleanliness of Lavande is the worst I have ever stayed at. Nothing made me feel satisfied. The hair dryer was very weak, the Wi-Fi was slow, and most importantly, the floor was not mopped at all, and the carpet was very dirty. There is still hair that has not been cleaned in the toilet, which makes me feel tired!

I confirmed several times that it was Lavande Hotel, but the name on the corridor and on the phone was the name of another hotel. The bedside and backrest are all covered with men's short hair, which is too scary. There is also hair on the edge of the bed, and the carpet cannot be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner... After I extended my stay, I specifically called the front desk to ask my aunt to help clean the room. No one cleaned the room for a long time. In the future, I will not stay at Lavande Hotels in any city, but I will stay at All Seasons or Home Inn Select. You can’t go wrong with Smart Select.

I have always lived in Lavande when I went out. This time I booked it for my parents. The elderly lived very comfortable and said it was clean and tidy. The handsome guy at the front desk also upgraded the executive room for free, which is a great value.

Hotel accommodation is still okay, but there are two flaws, 1. TV channels are paid, I can watch for free but I have not found one. 2. It's quite prosperous. There are snacks and barbecue restaurants downstairs for breakfast. It is noisy with car horns on the side of the road. It will be a bit difficult to sleep more in the morning.
