Hampton by Hilton Guiyang Convention Center

I checked in a few days ago and the service was very good, so I decided to go back and stay for two days. Because I brought elderly people, Xiao Xia and Xiao Xuan, the room they helped arrange was very good and very close. Xiao Feng at the front desk was very enthusiastic when I checked in. Help, some staff also gave welcome fruits, it felt very home away from home, every staff member was very warm and thoughtful, check-out was very fast and convenient, and you can leave directly. The aunties in the guest room were also very enthusiastic, asking about the cold and warmth, and the hygiene was also clean and tidy. The breakfast was very rich and the waiters in the restaurant were warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel next time I come 👍👍

This is probably the best Hampton I have ever stayed at. It has a large public area and a good location. It is less than 10 minutes by taxi from Guiyang North Railway Station. There is an old Kaili fish in sour soup in the middle where you can eat. The ginkgo trees on the two roads out of the hotel are particularly beautiful, and I took many beautiful photos in the evening and morning. Especially the breakfast, which is much richer than other Hampton Inns. There are local Guizhou specialty varieties and the quality is also very good. The beef noodles taste as good as those in other restaurants. Particular praise is given to Xiao Jin for enthusiastically asking guests if they want soy milk or other drinks. This kind of service only found in some five-star hotels is surprising, and Xiao Li is also good. Lucky and Eileen at the front desk are also very thoughtful in meeting the needs of guests. It can be seen that the management of this hotel is very careful. Come back next time when you transfer.

The most satisfactory hotel among the 4 hotels in this Guizhou trip. Both the hardware and software are amazing, and it’s really the best value for money. Special thanks to Vivi Menglin at the front desk for finding the lost Bluetooth headset for my old father and specially reserving a room that met our requirements. We would also like to thank Andy Zhang Yuan. We went to several supermarkets but could not buy a whole carton of expensive cigarettes. The young man did some errands for us and bought it for us. Thanks again to the hotel staff for making us feel at home. Hampton by Hilton will be my first choice when traveling in the future.
