The room has not changed from a few years ago. The facilities are aging. The air conditioner is available during the day and not at night. It also blows cold air. The toilet flushing fails. The hair dryer has warm air. The coffee machine is equipped. Coffee is available. The welcome fruit is also late after the phone call. The air conditioning in the lobby is insufficient, and there is almost no air conditioning for breakfast. Such a hotel is full of meals wearing down. The kitchen facilities are aging. The breakfast variety does not meet the price/performance ratio. Whether it is quality, quantity, or variety, it is not satisfactory. I usually stay in hotels, and I seldom comment on meals. During this Chinese New Year trip to Hai'an, this hotel really surprised me. During the Dragon Boat Festival, I took my children home to visit relatives and chose the 28th floor in my memory. It was the first landmark building in Hai'an when I was in school, and it is well-known to everyone. The hotel has just been renovated in the past few years. The facilities are very new, the sanitation and room layout are very good, the big bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and it even has makeup remover and facial cleanser. Needless to say, the surrounding environment, the city center, it is convenient to go everywhere. The customer service Xiaoyan helped us deliver the luggage all the way to the room. I heard that the next day is my daughter’s birthday, and he prepared a surprise to be delivered to the room. He was really attentive! The hotel reflects the details everywhere, and I will choose here next time I go home.

The hotel is very new and the layout is very atmospheric. The heating effect of the central air conditioner is very good and it heats up quickly. The hand sanitizer in the bathroom is much more convenient than disposable soap. The toilet paper is very thick and the quality is very good. Disposable slippers are also quite thick. Breakfast is OK, although not so rich, but Chinese and Western food, There are also freshly cooked noodles, wontons and the like. Overall not bad, very cost-effective I will stay in Hai'an on a business trip again.

As a pregnant woman, I felt very bad. And when arranging the room, whether it can be considered to avoid these poor quality smokers and stay away from the smoking environment. The sanitation of the hotel room is very good, the overall is relatively clean, and the hot water is also very powerful, but the air conditioner in the room, although the warm air is blowing, it takes a long time to feel the warmth in the room. I don't know if it is because the weather is too cold or The wind direction of the air conditioner can't be controlled downward or for some reason, it's not so warm.
