The experience was good. Foods are very high standard. I liked the location, especially the hotel is located at the last stop for the mini bus A. Therefore, we definitely have a seat while return to train station as the starting point of it is from our hotel. 👍

The hotel is quite nice, a little far from Hakone Train Station. We got off the bus and looked at the map, which showed 1.6KM. It seemed close to take a taxi, but it was a bit far to walk with the suitcases, and it was uphill, almost at the innermost part of the hot spring ditch. Later I found out that there was a bus from the hotel to the station. The hotel has a nice view, with a stream under the window, dense vegetation on the hillside, and two indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The hotel's meals are also good, but please note that breakfast and dinner are at your own expense!

I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel this time. If I have another trip, I will choose to stay in this hotel again. I will recommend my friends in Taiwan to stay here and enjoy dinner. It’s great😎

The hotel is located on the top of a mountain with a beautiful environment. The rooms are great and the facilities are complete. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and exquisite. There are very few people bathing in hot springs, both indoors and outdoors. It is very quiet, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the people are very enthusiastic. A very good experience.

My wife, 2 kids and I had been Hakone for the first time and we stayed in the hotel for 3 days by half board in Chinese New Year. Their food, facilities and hygiene are good. That was the first time I had dinner at room in onsen hotel, they provided a closely service during our dinner. The breakfast provided by buffet, the quality and types of food are both nice. The staffs are very nice and all of them would strive to provide assistance no matter what we requested. I do recommend it for family stay, the only thing I want to suggest that it is better to make their hotel web site for public in order to let guests know them more before staying.

I am a Japanese. I really enjoyed the stay. I like non-expensive Onsen so We stayed at Annex room. No private onsen in the room but large enough and clean(a bit old but well remodelled). If you pay more you can stay in a Private Onsen room but it costs more of course. DInner is Japanese style with good volume and taste. really good Shabushabu we had. It may be tough for people who cannot eat true Japanese food. There are options without dinner but I am not sure there are restaurants available near by. Breakfast is buffet. Mostly Japanese but bread, eggs and some western stuff available. Tamagoyaki(Japanese style baked egg) is really great. Fruits and Japanese sweet are also awesome. Onsen water quality is not great(no Onsen/sulfur smell). But rooms are clean and large. Clean cloth box with a key. Outside Onsen is available. Good shower hot water volume. Shiseido face lotion is also avaiable which is amazing. 3PM check in and 11 AM check out is great. Location is between Hakone-Yumoto and Lake-Ashi. not a city center. we went with a car but there is a 100 JPY bus service from Hakone-Yumoto. Or 1000JPY taxi. Great hospitality and service. I am not sure they can speak English but at least they will try I am sure.

I stayed in a room with a private open-air bath. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were given separate rooms in the morning and evening so we could relax. Whether it was when I played table tennis, when I went to the front desk to borrow something, or when I had a meal, they made me feel very welcome, and I felt that they were well-educated. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the glass on the balcony outside the open-air bath was dirty. It's something that only I, who usually like cleanliness, might notice, but I'd like you to clean that part as well. All you have to do is remove the limescale and give it a quick wipe each time you have guests. My partner said the spray air freshener in the bathroom smelled really nice.

You can enjoy two types of open-air baths, and the location is very good to go from Hakone Yumoto by the loop bus (100 yen). It may be better to choose a room in the main building or avoid leaving your room to us. (*) Leave your room in the annex ⇒ Go up to the 5th floor of the annex ⇒ Go to the 5th floor of the main building via the connecting corridor ⇒ Get off to the 1st floor from the main building ⇒ In front of the front desk! The following are some unexpected points I noticed: ・Since the shuttle bus is crowded, it is better to wait at the bus stop 15 minutes before the departure time of the station.・The bath at BF (Ninoyu) was better. (The open-air bath has a low ceiling and is easy to move from the large public bath to the open-air bath.) ・In the case of the lower room in the annex, it was difficult to open the curtains because of the emotional burden because the windows were completely visible from the outside.

I made a reservation with the anniversary plan to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. It was included in the plan until we received a whole cake and two bottles of champagne, but we were very satisfied with the surprises that included a 60th birthday costume with a red Chanchan and a hat, a celebratory dish from the head chef, and a gift of a family photo. I would like to thank all the staff, both those involved in customer service and those behind the scenes, for their pleasant hospitality. thank you very much. The food was also very delicious. The view from the observation deck early in the morning was also amazing.
